I dont know why I keep going back to Stats. Its close to home and the brunch does include a complimentary beverage but its always busy but not with the crowd I would usually run around with. Guys and girls alike attend to watch sports specifically but its guys in their 30s and girls all dolled up in their 20s. Just not my scene. And when the bar is packed the set up is so annoying. The square bar only has 1 exit to the bathroom, so if you are stuck on the non-exit side, you have to fight your way through the crowd. The food is alright, I never feel like its something Im craving.

Stats has really improved their food selection over the last year. They have added more modern (and delicious) food choices to their menu such as "Mac and Cheese Fritters." Their food is definitely better than typical bar food. It gets crowed whenever there is a game on TV and the crowd is really fun. I would recommend going for their trivia night (Tuesdays) -- they give out good prizes and the people who run the trivia are fun and engaging.

Great brunch spot! Weekend nights and afternoons usually get a little too crowded however. The layout of the place doesnt allow that much movement around the bar and thus people get crammed together into a college house party hallway-like situation. Despite this, its a great way to meet people and talk together about how terribly crowded and poorly designed the space is.

During your weekend evening, if youve somehow stumbled into South Boston, Stats is the place to be -- 21 flatscreens, exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and a U-shaped chocolate granite bar give this spot a subtle industrial vibe. Highlights: Shipyard Pumpkin w/Cinnamon-sugar & Vanilla, Tuesday-night Trivia.

I always have a really good time at this bar. The crowd is late 20s and the place is always packed. There is an upper and lower level so its bigger than it looks when you get inside. The bartenders were quick and easy to get their attention. Overall a fun place.

This is a place to watch a game and drink beer. Whether or not its your place depends on what youre looking for. Beer, booze, young people, games. Dont expect great food but the bar food is acceptable.

Ive gotten carry out from here twice and both times were excellent. I had the burger and chicken pesto sandwich.. Would definitely recommend both. The jalapeño ranch is great
