The worst customer service Ive ever had. There was a cashier named Bill M at register #8 at the Technology Center Dr location on 12/1/13 at 7:40 pm that just gave my wife the worst attitude about us forgetting our card. She asked if he could calm down feeling scared of his aggressive behavior and he replied "Dont tell me what to do" and refused to ring us up .I intervened for my wife and told him he did need to calm down and left the register before any more problems could occur and spoke to the bakery manager at the time. She directed us to customer service and apologize for his inappropriate behavior and assured us that it will get to his superiors. The lady at customer service Elaine M helped us out incredibly and said the same about contacting his superiors. She took care of the issue and provided us with the customer service that was needed. Thank you Elaine M. Bill m is definitely in the wrong business and needs a therapist for his aggressive behavior and all around rudeness. As a manger in food service I give him the worst rating in that area and suggestion in moving to a job that doesnt deal with people.

I had orders tires 3 weeks ago. They advised me that it would take a week to get in. Fine. When it came in i had to 2 and half weeks to get it put it after i had to beg a few associates there to fit me in. It took almost a month between ordering them and to put them on. Had i known that upfront i wouldve went somewhere else. Really not satisfied. Try calling Bj tire center for anyone to answer is also treacherous. You end up on hold for more than 15 to 20 minutes no matter the call. Really disappointing.

Never had any issues with service at this BJs. They always have what I need in stock and service is always helpful and friendly. This BJs sells beer, wine, and booze at great prices which is a huge plus since the one I used to go to in quincy did not. Only downside is the parking lot is awful. It is a bad layout and people always walk in the middle of the parking lot in front of the store.

This is not my Favorite. BJ"s at all Outside the store , the Roads needs to be fix it to many holes , The parking is socks, inside the customer Service is very poor Sometimes I prefer to drive to Dedham ones and have my Shooping there

This location has the WOW factor. Its huge. Has a lot of variety. You can truly say theres something for everyone. And you cant beat the prices. Love the bargains.

Never had a problem with BJs except for the fact that I have to special order tires for my Honda Accord everytime! Can you please keep my tires in stock!
