AWFUL SERVICE!! Called a little before five for a delivery to a well known soccer field in that area and when I do so, they asked me if I could wait at the entrance so that there was no confusion since they had had previous issues there, which was completely reasonable. So I, trying to be a considerate customer, walked the 7 minute walk from the soccer field I was at, all the way to the entrance at the driveway in the pouring rain. At about 6:45, there had still been no pizza and I was soaked through my rain coat, the 20 dollar bill was soaked from being in my pocket and my phone was starting to stop working since I had to frequently pull it out of my pocket to check how long I had been waiting. Around the same time I called the restaurant to politely ask how much longer they would suggest I would be waiting, when I did this was my response, "Um well its Friday night so obviously were busy so its going to be well over an hour so probably more than fifteen minutes." Which I thought was pretty rude customer service based on the sarcasm in her voice. They had not even given me a time estimation when I originally called so I assumed they were not busy since I was not from the area and didnt realize how popular they would be on a Friday night. So I walk back to my soccer game and as soon as I reach my umbrella, I see the pizza delivery car pull up the driveway, this happened within ten minutes of me calling and definitely not "more than fifteen minutes." I walk back down the entire driveway looking for the car since when I got there, it was no where in sight. When the deliverer called my cell, he barely spoke English and it did not help that my phone speakers were starting to break from standing in the rain for so long. He told me he was at the entrance at the main building of the falcility, which would not have been a problem if the main building was not another 5 minute walk from where I was standing, plus, there were three entrances to the main building. I spotted the delivery car and ran over to it, but there was no one in it so I called back the deliverer and asked him to come out to his car, he didnt understand what I meant by this so I stood for a even longer time out in the down pouring rain trying to get him to understand me. At this point I had missed 3/4ths of the soccer game I drove 45 minutes to watch and the pizza and fries were not even that good at that point. 10/10 would not recommend.

Good food but they will apparently not deliver more than 2 miles from their location. When they get busy they make excuses about delivery distance which is unfortunate because their food is good but not worth arguing over the phone about. North Beverly Roast Beef is comparable food and much better customer service.

Not overrated - classic (read: greasy, yes, but pizza is not supposed to be health food!) Greco-American New England Pizza joint. Not fancy, not expensive, but solid and good. Well-cooked crust with plenty of greasy cheese. Friendly service and good sandwiches and wraps too.
