The product from Chipotle is unquestionably high quality. Plus, the model allows me to see how my food is cooked and prepared, and the quality control and food safety protocol is practiced frequently and within plain view of the customer. As for this particular location: You can tell the employees dont hate their jobs as they are always friendly, polite, and engaged. The queue is always moving at a good pace, so dont be turned away by a long line - even a line back to the entrance only takes 6-7 minutes to get through. Occasionally, the man/woman at the cash register will offer me a coupon that can be used for the purchase Im making that moment. Cups, lids, straws, plastic ware, and napkins are always fully stocked and Ive never seen the trash/recycling spilling out of the can. The one time I felt my meal wasnt to the standard Id come to expect (rice wasnt fully cooked, crispy) the manager spoke to me over the phone and offered me my next meal with them on him - which he followed through on. I would give 5 stars but the prices are a little outrageous. Two burritos for $22 is kind of hilarious.

I dont think Ive ever had a successful visit to this chipotle. Online orders have three times not been ready when I arrived (15-20 minutes after ordering), they move slowly, no one seems to know what theyre doing and they mess up orders consistently it seems.

Uncooked rice (crunchy). Always out of white rice, and corn. Not always ready. One time I went here and they were out of white rice and they JUST started cooking the white rice. Undercooked meat also. But yet I still come here. Good overall I guess

Chipotle is my favorite fast food chain. This Chipotle is relatively new and not as busy as other Chipotles in the area. A great stop before seeing a movie at IMAX.
