Going here since a was a baby. (Granted, I am only 13.) But still, great food, real culture which isnt easy to find nowadays, alcohol that I cant drink that tastes horrible too me but good to adults, yummy mints, toothpicks to make you look like a T-bird, really nice employees, a manager who romes the place actually caring about the customers and getting involved in their night. Great place. Right next to bus station if youre waiting for 40 minutes. (To 1.5 hours) Has huge bar area with electronic jukebox, and a quieter, more classy dinning area for the family with some big tables too. They used to have balloons tied to gummy packets, but not anymore. Overall, great food, great place. Theres nothing like treating yourself to a night at Margaritas.

Ordered steak fajitas they came out onions raw peppers not even cooked asked for it to be sent back and cooked I believe the person that took it back walked to kitchen with plate hoping hot plate would cook it then brought it back still raw returned it manager was nice took it off bill next thing the bartender just puts my bill in front of me, I never asked for it and they have just ignored me. Its Saturday night and place is empty they shouldnt wonder why with the bad food and horrible bar service Ill never come back nor would I ever recommend.

One of my favorite things about going to any of the Margaritas chains is the amazing decor, music, and atmosphere. It is so colorful and upbeat in there that it always lifts my spirits. I wish the salsa that you get in the beginning was about half as spicy. Its waaaay too spicy for me and I cant use it with my meal either. I like the flavor but holy cow...I wish there was a milder option available. The burritos and taco salads are awesome. Not my favorite Mexican food by far but still a fun place to go.

service wasnt too bad they gave us the chips and spicy salsa which was great but it took forever to get our drinks. the food was good especially the guacamole which came with special chips. the beef in the tacos and salad was too ground up and made the shells soggy, and it looked like it was pureed, and straight out of a can, im not sure if it was supposed to be authentic Mexican beef or what. very nice decor, and clean as i saw the waitresses pulling out a table to vacuum under it.

The food at this restaurant is authentic, plentiful, great-tasting and always arrives hot. The service is the real clincher. The Dover branch has the most attentive, cheerful and efficient staff I have seen anywhere, which was even more notable considering that every single seat was filled and a waiting line went out the door as early as 6pm. Outstanding customer service that I would would recommend to anyone!

Great atmosphere and love the variety of food they offer. The margaritas are great! The service is always friendly and professional. Even on the days where its busy theres plenty of parking space. No problem getting drinks refilled and employees seem very attentive (but not overbearing). Bathroom was clean as well and kept up. That does make a world of difference!

I come from the south, and the north just cant seem to make ANY type of good Mexican. The staff was decently nice when I went, but the selections are so limited and expensive. When I ordered I made sure my plate on the menu had nothing spicy...guess what was spicy... Not worth the price. Quality is not great. Dont waste your time.

The bartender was amazing. Dave, i believe was his name...Probably the most down to earth and friendliest bartender Ive ever met in my life. (....and I have been a waitress/bartender for over five years.. so Ive seen several....none compare.) If you want amazing service, I highly recommend this particular Margariatas.

Typical chain store Mexican fair with a nice atmosphere. Service was good. Be careful what you order, as they have no idea how to prepare chili relleno. They make it with bell pepper. My wife is from San Jose, California, and you never, never make chili relleno with bell pepper.

Gringo Mexican food with huge portions! Get your pseudo-mex on at this place! Drinks were good, bar staff was nice. Not many craft beers on tap. Frat boy cheap beer mostly. Nachos were good. Rice and beans not as good. Free toothpicks!

Margs in Dover is always a safe bet for us. Great guac, usually can be seated without a wait - or maybe a minimal wait up to 20 mins. Friendly staff has us coming back, even though we could go to Las Olas or Loco Cocos for a quick bite.

I dont understand the love people have for this resturaunt. The mexican food tastes like a chain. Its good for what they are ( like applebees, Chilis) etc but its not authentic or overly great.

Its not bad for what it is but the drinks are watered down if you order a margarita. The servers are friendly, fast, and always greet you with a smile. Decent food but it can be a bit pricey.

Tasteless food, very sour with too much dose of lime in enchilada. Salsa with chips certainly not locally made, felt like Sams Club product. You will like Chipotle mexican grill better.

Pretty much a place to drink. Ixtapa in Portsmouth is better. Wld much rather Dos Amigos in Dover-proper.
