I usually go there and pick up cranberry nut muffins...I was disappointed when I went early in the morning (at 8:45am to be exact) and the girl told me that the muffins were just coming out of the oven and when I took a bite into it, it was frozen. You could have just said you were thawing them out instead of lying and said it just came out of the oven.

The cakes we ordered for my kids bday looked nice but the strawberry filling was bad. This is not what to expect when you pay $$$$ for a cake. Worst experience ever. Unprofessional people.
