Extreme Pita is one of the best "fast food" franchises Ive ever tried, and Ill make a trip every time Im on the South Shore. Theres something for everyone here -- from maple dijon chicken to pizza to traditional falafel and hummus -- and its all reasonably priced and tastes really good. There are also a lot of vegetarian options on the menu, and the staff use separate sides of the grill for cooking meat dishes and veggies. Without looking at the nutritional info board posted in the back of the restaurant, youd have no idea how healthy nearly everything is. Lite mayo, unprocessed cheese and meats, etc. keep everything on the Extreme Pita menu as healthy as a place like Subway claims to be.

Found this place a while ago and it has quickly become one of my favorite places to grab a healthy meal. Their pitas are great (I recommend the Chicken Schawarma) and the service is very quick. Never had a problem with my orders or making some changes to their items. I highly recommend going out of your way to try this place.

Nice food, nice service, fair price. I spent 3 weeks in Rockland in a work assignment and ate at Extreme Pita every day I was there. Loved it.

I like this place! They forgot an ingredient in my pita, and the survey on the receipt does not work. Regardless, ill still be coming back.
