Ive been here a few times since this location has opened. The first time the ice creams we ordered were all wrong. The second time I went into the restaurant and it was complete chaos. Workers running around frantically, some just standing around barking orders. The ice cream my friend had ordered was made and was sitting on the counter for a solid 10 minutes before she got it. The third time I went was just the other day. The ice cream my friend and I ordered were both wrong, they charged my card twice and when I brought it up to the cashier nothing was done. I find the service here awful and the way it is run is complete chaos. The number system that they use is absurd. I am no longer taking my friends or family here again.

Workers run frantically but doesnt seem to make theyre work process or the food come any faster I swear I saw at least 3 ice creams get a workers finger in it and all they did was lick it

Nice new Dairy Queen in Hanover. You can tell its going to verify very popular because of the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Love the food and ice cream as well
