Heres the thing, I dont expect much from Taco Bell as far as their food goes. However, the last two times I have gone they have been ridiculous failures. The first failure was 2 weeks ago when I tried to get dinner only to be told they were completely out of tostada shells, which I was disappointed but understood because thats not something in every menu item just most of them. Then I went yesterday to try to get dinner and I could not believe it when I pulled up and they told me they were out of Beef for the next half hour. BEEF! Thats seriously in almost all of their meals! Additionally, they need to fix some stuff with their mobile ordering system because it charges your credit card before you even get the items so both times I have had to sit in the drive through line waiting for their manager to issue a refund and holding up the line. Whoever is managing this place needs to hire someone better to manage product ordering and/or line prep operations because they really shouldnt be running out of beef at 4 in the afternoon before any dinner rush.

I went at 1:50 am after my movie finished and customer service was horrible. The staff were very sassy when I asked if I could have two separate orders because there were two separate people paying. Apparently the manager working was on board with this idea that this could not be done. They informed me that I would have to go back around as waste gas to get an order placed. They were not respectful at all. As a student and serviceman of the military I felt very disrespected and will not be going back here for a very long time. I work in customer service and never have I ever treated a customer badly. Customers come first. Whatever happened to that?

before renovation, I walked out and spoke to the reganal MGR and was not pleased by the visible poor quality. Just reciently went back and was highly pleased about the food, service and cleanliness. I saw Grandma who ordered for 4 kids and her self, bark orders at the counter staff and when a error was made she was up set. The staff remedied the error both with 3 free coupons and a free order. I was happy for the 4 kids. Honey & Russ happy customers!,

Horrible Service - drive thru or walk in. for the tenth time, they missed an item in our order and we had to drive back to get it. for the umpteenth time, they put meat in our food when we specifically ordered a substitution. they do this on purpose. total disregard to customer satisfaction. We go back hoping service would have improved. but they sure know how to disappoint and frustrate a customer.

I always come here. Loved everything about it. Tonight I came by a few minutes before closing. Staff at the drive thru window was so rude, and it took so long for my order. She gave me my food then shut the window and locked it in my face. So I beeped because she had forgotten to give me my drink. She came back so mad she hugged and puffed while getting my drink. So rude!

I am currently in the drive thru and have been sitting in it for the past 20 minutes, and I havent even gotten to place my order yet! This is absolutely ridiculous! The only reason Im giving this 2 stars is because the food is amazing. Whatever you do, do NOT use the drive thru here!

First of all, We waited 15 minutes to receive an order for only two people. The person who called my name to give me my food handed my food to me while he was chewing on food. The employees were not welcoming. It wouldve been nice for them to be more professional.

Its cleaner inside now, but it sucks that the drive through is right next to the dining area. I really hate it when people stare at you while your trying to eat. They really should put up shades or something to give customers more privacy form outside gawkers.
