I would give them a BIG FAT ZERO out of 100 for customer service!!!! This was my esperience back in 2014: I walked in & witnessed appalling customer service to the lady ahead of me. Came my turn, I asked to buy 15 patties, & the old lady tells me I would have to wait 5 mins for my order to be placed. I didnt understand quite why since there was a tray-full of patties! So I settled for 10, then. As I realized there was CLEARLY enough to satisfy my order, I asked the lady why she was limiting my order. Her response was nothing short of shocking. She begrudgingly explained that she could only give me 10 because there were others in line waiting to buy as well. I asked where was the sign, if they had one, that said you needed to place a separate order (ahead of time) to satisfy an order bigger than 10 patties. Maybe this is how they conduct business back in Haiti (and I mean no disrespect!!!), but down here if youre accepting my business, my hard-earned money, you would serve on a first-come first-served basis unless otherwise specified. In fact, a proper business etiquette is to supply the demand, but not restrict it to meet it. If you know you are so damm successful, and your demand is high enough, why dont you get with the program and make enough to meet your demand instead of turning away paying customers?!!!! The last paragraph still holds true sadly; they still struggle to meet their demand. I walked today and stood in line for 25 minutes to buy 15 patties. The silver lining: at least, they did not try to limit my order this time around, the line snaked and spilled outside! I would have given them -100 % for customer service. However I gave them one star for I must acknowledge and give them credit for their product, the patties taste GREAT, crunchy on the outside and soft enough on the inside, not mention warm piping hot since you have to wait for them to come out of the oven to get your order filled! EXTREMELY POOR BUSINESS MODEL & ETIQUETTE !!!

Great patties but customer service is terrible. 2 years ago Ive place an order for a party to pick up at 12, paid receipt in hand, order wasnt done when i went to pick it up and had to wait 30min...thats what I was trying to avoid since I have to drive into the city to get them and had to drive to providence for the party. Second time I wanted to do the same thing for a potluck party at work. Now they dont take orders to pick. Have to come to the bakery and wait with the rude staff and no tables and chairs to sit and wait. Difficult for someone like me who have to drive into the city for about 40min deal with awful customer service to pick up patties for a party. This is a common theme in customer service in all the Haitian businesses Ive interacted with and its just sad to see this esp for me being a Haitian American and witnessing this.

Best patties youll find in Boston hands down!! I come from Chelsea just for these patties! And There is always a line ! So that already speaks volumes. Sometimes they do sell out but when they dont theyre always fresh out the oven unlike some other places who keep them out for days. Gave it a 4 because Ive noticed they been getting cheap with how much meat they been putting in the patties :(

This bakery is the BOMB!!! They make the best Haitian Patties EVER!!!!!!!! I been going to this place for years and i can tell you ,you wont regret wasting any money here! The have different selections of Haitian deserts/ cakes/ and drinks that I enjoy! Le Foyer is famous for making the best patties in town I dont think anybody could top them! Everyday I would be craving for their patties!

Everytime Im in the Boston area I desire to stop by and get haitian patties. I cant always make it there, but my mind is settled on them. Ive known this place since early 90s an they still very GOOD! Yes they need more cashier bit patties make up for it....lol

Paté Haitien is subpar and totally not worth it. Extremely doughy and flavorless. For a well seasoned and wonderfully flaky treat go straight to Au Beurre Chaud Bakery on River Street. Run, dont walk! Youll thank me later.

Haitian bread and paté over there are the best. The parking may be a challenge because everyone wants to park by the door. The location is great, and the place is very clean inside and outside.
