Very consistent, generous portions, great recipes, fresh ingredients, and respectful staff. The latest management--whos been around for quite a few years now--seems to be doing an excellent job. The food has always been good, but with prior management (many years ago), there were occasionally consistency issues. Theyve established quite a following around town; every time I go in, I have to wait in line. Even though I dont go that often, the person at the register always seems to remember my order. Theyre always polite, even to customers who dont return the favor. Im not sure where that other nasty review came from, but in the decade or so theyve been around, Ive never seen anything like that. They make the sandwiches in a visible area, and people watch all the time. Its pretty cool, actually.

There sandwiches are out of this world! They have a huge list of sandwiches, and while Ive only tried about 5 they were amazing. The ingredients they use are top notch! Fast service! I loved the triple decker, although it is not for the faint hearted, it was a little messy. Will be back Everytime Im in the area!

The owner of the place is a complete jerk and does not deserve the kind of business he gets!! He yelled at me for watching him make my sandwich and then spit in it! I wouldnt trust him to make a sandwich for my dog. I have notified the board of health! The worst place in Medfield.
