WOW what a bad experience: moved into their neighborhood last fall. Often Id call in and order take-out and pay over the phone so my girlfriend could swing by on her way here. Never had an issue before. Today I called and the "owner for 15 years" told me he has never once accepted an advance payment before and he would not take my money. I said, wow really Ive done this many times before. Whats the problem? The guy hung up on me for asking if I could PAY IN ADVANCE and being surprised when he wouldnt? ...and hes the owner?! If youre in the area, Try Milan, Roma, Brandos, or Jillies. So far theyve been delighted to take my money whenever I try to give it to them. Im not hard to please- take my money give me some pizza. This clown lost a good customer for a very silly reason.

OK. Let me preface...This place has the best pizza in Lowell hands down. This place has the best french fries in Lowell hands-down. This place has the best chicken fingers in Lowell hands-down. But I just ordered a steak tip dinner. And it was God awful. The steak tips were definitely cooked on the hot stove top oven. They were not grilled or charbroiled. They were fatty and stringy and gross. And the onion rings were Burger King onion rings. The dressing that came with the side salad was a poor attempt at a vinaigrette. PLEASE Belvi pizza.. I love you.. been going for 20 years.. please give the effort you give to pizza.. to ALL of your food. It goes a long way.. and change your flippin onion rings. Thanks.

Nice people but food took for ever and it was cold payed 35 $ for a small cheese pizza meat ball sub and steak tip dinner with ginger ale I couldnt eat none of it after a few bites.

Best Steak Bomb in all of Lowell. Dont expect service gloves worn here though, they are throw backs to when subs were great. This place is a gem.
