Had a Calzone -- it was good -- It cost about $8.50 but is was okay. The ice cream is much better and a better value --- as far as the workers go --- I think that Arrogant is far too strong a word. I will give you Slow and a bit Pushy -- to tell the indoor table customers that "Normally, you would have to go to the outside window to order your ice cream! But, it is slow today so I CAN take your order." Being a wag I asked "Is it okay to eat the ice cream inside?" Without smiling she answered, "People ask that, But we dont mind." [it was above 90 degrees out side] I must admit that the ice cream was home-made and very good --- still one ice water, one ice tea, one diet soda, two small ice cream cups, a decent Calzone, and a small banana split was over $30.00 with the tip. .... The ice water was free!

Nor usually a fan of flatbread pizza and the many unusual ingredients on the menu (goat cheese, for example) limited my choices but the standard pepperoni pizza was better than I expected. Others shared the "waste not want not" and said it was very good. Dessert had room for improvement. The "hot" fudge was cold and cement-like, while the fast-melting Guinness Chip ice cream tasted freezer-burnt, and nothing like its namesake Irish beverage. Service was very slow; arrived at 4pm (not quite dinner rush) so we were seated immediately but nothing else was immediate, not even drinks. Also thought it odd when, in mid-April, I asked which "seasonal" Samuel Adams beer was available, and I was told, "were still on Octoberfest."

I called SPC to inquire about their product and also their allergy precautions as my son has SEVERE allergies. I had asked a couple of questions and when I asked to clarify because the answers were not clear enough about cross contamination, the man said "Its peoples job to inform us if they have allergies and I have a full dining room right now so I have to go. Bye." and hung up on me. We will NOT be going there and I highly suggest if you have allergies that you dont go there or call when they are busy because if they can"t take the few seconds on the phone to clarify, then who is to say they will take the time to take the precautions necessary so someone does not DIE!

Most of the pizza ratings were high... mine is low. It was one of the worst pizzas Ive ever had. Ive eaten pizza from all over the world and this was one of the worst. Flavor was just marginal, it was very dry and the cheeses were in three stripes on my single size pizza. The spinach was chopped very fine like an herb and all clumped up. The service was also poor. They never did clean my table even though it was splattered with wet drink rings and pizza crumbs. Outside, there were lines of people waiting to order ice cream. I got the feeling that their ice cream must be a winner. Just dont go for their pizza. Sorry - I just dont agree with the other pizza people.

If I was just rating the food Id give 4.5 stars... Pizzas are awesome and ice cream is to die for. Calzones are not as good The service is terrible. I swear they hire the dumbest servers. Probably college students. I hate to be mean but its so frustrating because we love the food but the service just drags you down. They dont listen they are non attentive and they literally walk around like a deer in the headlights. The guys who are cooking the pizzas are very with it and seem to be trying their best to manage the servers but it gets very busy. I would say definitely worth gong for the food. Go on a week day so you have a better chance of good service.

Food was pretty good, not great. Definitely not worth $35 for a sandwich, a small pizza, and 2 - no, make that "3" coffees..."refills" at this place are not free, despite the servers misleading "Can I get you a refill?". (I HATE being mislead!) There were some good-looking items in the display case that I would have considered taking home if only I could have gotten the attention of anyone on the other side of the counter. (Three people working there and I was the only customer. When I finally did get attention, it was less-than-friendly so... no thanks.) Lovely pond-side location, so I might go back someday to try the ice-cream... Or maybe not.

From out of town. Saw the line and thought we should stop. Worse mistake. My friend ordered a milkshake with 3 scoops of ice cream. What she got was a watery milk drink! Her husband took it back and the owner said he would make another one. He wanted his money back and owner was rude. $7 milkshake mistake. I on the other had bought 2 scoops in a cup gave the waiter a $20 bill and got $10 & change back. (I do take part responsibility for that as I did not checking the change until we left. Icey cream was bad - more ice then cream! Too pricey for inferior product!

The ice cream is wonderful, but if you end up with Rob as your server at the window, be very specific. He will screw up your order twice or more. I ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes with vanilla ice cream, 1 with maple walnut topping. 1st go around, I got a cup of maple walnut ice cream. WRONG! My final order was 1 sundae with vanilla ice cream with maple walnut topping only. The other I was very specific, HOT FUDGE SUNDAE ONLY! Rob got that right, but then asked me if I wanted chocolate sprinkles...NO ROB! Please pay closer attention to your customers.

Very delicious ice cream at good portion sizes. The ice cream is homemade and you can really taste the difference many unique flavors offered at that window service and during the colder months from the indoor counter. They also serve a selection of pizzas pasta and other confectionery is from the inside counter. Very conveniently located off 495 with ample parking. Good view from the outside seating of the local pond behind the restaurant. A great place for family or for those appreciating delicious homemade ice cream will definitely repeat

Loved this place! I have driven by for years but never stopped in to try organic flat bread pizza. So yummy! Me and my mom ordered flat bread pizza with sweet potato, onion on a white pizza topped with arugula tossed with maple syrup. Pizza cooked right in front of us in wood burning oven. Ordered organic craft beers . My go to place for pizza. Frozen yogurt and ice cream delicious too!! Service was great considering they had a light staff and a bus load of college kids had just arrived.

Over priced and under topped pizza that did not have much taste. Owner was arrogant and would not honor a coupon after waitress was supposed to check if OK. Spent $50 for a large 2 topping & small 1 topping & 2 beers & 2 juices. Do the math. I felt ripped off. Place was very noisy and service was slow. We visited last year and everything was much better. Everyone prefered Dominos to this pizza. Good ice cream but again overpriced. We will never go back.

We have been faithful customers for years. My family even comes from out of state and we would make special stops here. We have finally given up. Too many of the staff are beyond rude for us to continue to spend our money here. We have had bad service from the chef, during takeout dinner orders, and at the ice cream window. There was some level of poor service at our last 5 consecutive visits. There are plenty of other places to go that deserve our money.
