I go here probably too much honestly and theres only very rarely a mistake with my order. Edit: Over the last few months service has dropped off drastically at this location. I am often told to come back in 15 minutes with no explanation or that they have run out of most things. Ordering through the taco bell app seems to make food re-appear but the staff sigh when I tell them that I ordered online.

The service is horrible. The workers were being completely rude to all of the customers. Worse place, I hope this place gets shut down. For a fact, one of the workers said they take the donations for children and dump the money into the register. Whoever owns this business in Lawrence needs to really get it under control or some workers in the future wont even have a job.

Great Place to get Tacos and kick back and relax! The Taco Supreme Combo is my favorite! The Staff is freindly, fast and efficient and I never leave disappointed. The Place is always clean. This Taco Bell is ran with the Clientel as first Priority! Keep up the great Work! Ill be back again, most definitely!

Extremely poor service here I stood in a line with nobody have to register for 15 minutes after I was spoken to and made my order it took 20 minutes until I got impatient and had to ask them where my food was absolutely ridiculous

So, we go in and all the tables are messy and then it took 8 minutes for someone to greet us and then another 20 waiting for our food. Which, the cashier got our order wrong, but at that point we needed to go.

I love Taco Bell but this one is consistently the slowest fast food place you will ever go to. When the food is good its great but when its not its inedible or not what I ordered.

This place never has Baja, always screws up my order, and regularly is closed for no reason. Avoid at all costs. Wendys next door very much preferable.
