Updated review On our recent visit much better experience newly modeled restaurant has more room for people waiting for table, fewer tvs to distract children and theyve covered up the view of the kitchen, which works great. Waitress was fantastic, food terrific and wait reasonable. Thanks to all that put this place back on my favorites list. Usually its one of our favorites but today the kitchen was bad. A simple lunch took forever and then my wifes wrap was soggy and soup was cold. When the soup was sent back for warming it did not come back in a timely manner. Come on what does it take to ladle hot soup into a bowl? The manager was supposed to deduct the soup from the bill but didnt and we were so frustrated at that point we just chose to leave. One highlight my Avocobb O salad was fantastic!

Meh. First time at Red Robin, I thought the restaurant was cute, the servers were friendly, but the food was only so-so. The burger was serviceable, but it has a "corporate" taste to it which I cant quite describe. A little McDonalds-ish, somehow. I would much prefer a fresh burger made by any number of local, non-chain restaurants. The fries were allright. My vegetarian husband got a meal of mac and cheese, garlic bread and salad. The mac and cheese was gross, the garlic bread was more like a toasted pita that was not at all garlicky, and the salad was tasteless. Overall, it was perfectly edible food but just not that great. We wont visit again.

The wait for our food was extremely long. We were seated by the kitchen, which we do not usually mind. Tonight was a very different experience. Kitchen staff and one waitress in particular were very loud! They spent lots of time being loud and bickering back and forth. Back of the house manager was present and did nothing to quiet the uproar. Perhaps if more time were spent staying on task without all the socializing for would not take as long to be prepared. Only good thing is we were just passing through on our way home. And our Red Robin is much better!!

Went 10/16/14 for a fund raiser for make a wish. Had a T.N.T, wife had a Hawaiian Mye Tye, both were very good. The server, Vanessa was prompt, attentive, and informative of the menu. Both our meals & appetizers were top notch. Ordered the zucchini sticks,were a whole zucchini cut into 5-6 long slices, very good. Arctic cod burger was great, as was the prime chophouse. Dessert was the mile high mud pie, the actual dessert was about 10 times bigger than the pic. Everything we ordered was great, will be back again. Thank you Vanessa for the wonderful service. K.

I went here with my family despite the reviews. Unfortunately my husband doesnt believe the reviews til now. I ordered my bueger well done. I explained to the waitress please no pink and not like a hockey puck. My son also also ordered his well done . Well unfortunately my buger turn out to be like a hockey puck and my sons was fine. The french fries were cold and the service was very slow. We had to wait to be seated even though there were at least 10 tables empty and cleaned. Never again will I go here.

This food was a STEAL, and by that I mean the car I was in literally robbed while I was at the restaurant. Disregarding the loss of priceless posesetions, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the food helped me fill the gaping monetary hole in our hearts. The fries were pretty good, but subpar without condiments. Considering that was all we got, I cant remark on much else. All in all it was a great experience, and I cant wait to visit this Red ROBin again when I feel like getting rid of my assets.

placed an order for pick up, was told it would be 20 minutes, came 25 minutes later, food still wasnt ready, waited for 45 then got my food, opened bag, and its not what i ordered, so had to wait another 20 for them to fix their error. honestly, holyoke location isnt the greatest, i think its cuz thy are so busy all the time its almost impossible to not mess up. so yeah, boston Rd it is!!!!!!

Our go to restaurant!!! My wife was recently diagnosed with celiacs, and going out to eat has been very difficult. Not so anymore thanks to Red Robin! They have a great gluten free menu and dedicated frier for gluten free fries. Management and service was top. Made my wifes night having a juicy burger and bun that she has been craving. Cant wait to go back

The tower of onion rings were amazing perfect crunch, perfect seasoning and perfect taste. But... their burger was really dry and just packed with too - sweet syrup. Their southern salad tasted like it was made yesterday, it was really soggy, not too pleasent. Its kinda over priced and I dont think well be coming back here again.

Unbelievably slow service, even though it was a week night and not busy. We didnt get an appetizer until wed been sitting for 40 minutes and didnt see our food for another 20. Honestly, it felt like our order had been forgotten and Im not sure why we ended up waiting as long as we did when the food wasnt that great anyway.

overall excellent. First time at this location. Notes: food seemed to take longer than usual to come out for half full store, but server at least kept bringing more of two types of fries. And, prices higher than Im used to seeing - nearly $10 and Holyoke isnt Manhattan

Sorry to say, not great. I go back once in awhile and remember why I dont eat here more often. I had the Royal Red Robin burger, and in all honesty, a better burger can be purchased almost anywhere. I paid over $11 for this burger and it was less than mediocre.

This is our familys go-to restaurant for every trip to Six Flags. And we go to Six Flags often as season members. This restaurant reliably feeds all of us despite the fact that everyone in our party has one or more food allergies. No bike rack.

Usually this is my favorite places! The service was extremely slow. People seated after us were served first. The drinks were made poorly & the fries were over cooked & dry! I know the location at Holyoke Crossing can do better!!!

I asked to get a double size cheese burger they brought out a kids first and the second they brought out a single cheese burger. There was a guy waiting for his Togo for at least 15 minutes or longer. Never going back.

BEWARE OF THE COLD CORN DOG! It was gross. The service was pleasant but the weener was cold. Not ice cold. But cold. So sad. We had to ask for seconds for our drinks.ASK FOR SECONDS for our bottomless drinks. So sad.

Staff was very helpful regarding needing gluten free food. They use a separate cutting board and utensils for the GF items. Food was as expected. The "allergy fries" were simple and tasty.
