I wanted to officially file a complaint about your company. I called your restaurant with a request to deliver takeout food to a local business in Fall River on October 13, 2010 at approximately 10:00 a.m. I negotiated a price of $280.00. The price included a tip of $20.00 for delivery. I paid for the food over the phone with a credit card. I arrived at the local business approximately 12:05 p.m. only to find out I received an additional bill for another $28.00 delivery charge. The total charge for delivery was now to be $48.00. I did not authorize for an additional tip, nor should anyone else be allowed to sign my credit card. These charges became unauthorized and fraudulent. I called your restaurant at approximately 2:30 p.m. to ask for a refund of the $28.00. I was told by the man on the phone that the driver already used the money to pay his bills. I told the man I wanted a credit. He offered to allow me to use the $28.00 for the next time I need a delivery from your restaurant. I told the man that I wanted a credit. He assured me double tips happen all the time and what happened to me is standard practice for your company. He began to argue with me. I told him to give me the $28.00 or I would file a complaint with the credit card company. You are misleading your customers. You asked for a $20.00 tip up front for the driver. Then you allow for misdirection and bait unknowing receptionist to sign a credit card receipt he/she should not be signing. I am reporting your company to the better business bureau.

How do you give zero stars? I placed an order online at 6:45. I called the restaurant at 8:00 and was told my order was out for deliver. I called again at 8:30 to be told the driver was out with the order already and decided to make another delivery in my area first. Are you kidding me? Then when I called at 8:45 I was told there was a mix-up and they never got my order and that it was just made a little while ago. So, they lied to me twice. And to top it off, when the food finally came at 8:50 the order was wrong. NEVER go to this restaurant. I sure wont.

To the guy complaining about the delivery charge and tip.. They are two different things! EVERYONE in the city charges a delivery charge now seeing the price of gas is almost $4.00 a gallon. That is 10% of your total bill.. exactly what everyone gets charged. The second $20 is a TIP for the driver having to deal with jerks who DONT tip, and for him having to lug $200plus dollars worth of food somewhere. I LOVE this place, and found this review as I was getting the phone number to call for a delivery..

I like the food dont get me wrong but, I forgot to mark off the tip and they dock off 20% for a TAKE OUT. I understand it was my mistake but you charged me 20% tip for a TAKE OUT. You didnt even drive to my house. I was there and got my food and left. I didnt know this until I went online to check my pay stubs like I always do. If I had dine there then it wouldnt have bugged me. Never going back to New China.

This place is trash ordered a combo plate with shrimp. With a 2 liter soda. When I got it no reciept no soda no shrimp fried rice. The. Was told to pay an additional 2 dollars to recieve these items. Never again bad customer service. This is why I dont order delivery. Customer is always right and I did not get what I paid for.

Slow delivery, subpar bland food , got my order wrong and insisted that I got a drink that I did not receive and the woman on the phone basically said I was lying when I called and asked about it.I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same .

Small Chinese spot not good for dinning in. Food not to different from most Chinese places. They get the order right . Delivery pretty fast . Divers below grade.level. Cleanliness I rate a D-. Best deals are pick 2 pick 1 or pick 3 pick1.

Wow, the food was really good! Definitely above average for a fast food Chinese place. The wait was super fast, I think I waited 10minutes for my order and they were nice enough to bring it to my car.

The General Tso Chicken they have are the best its spiyness is perfect and then there is sweetness and so on. My favorite part about it is that the outside is hard but the inside is some.

Food is horrible! Im a chef so I know...cabbage in the crab Rangoons? Cheap packets of duck sauce and hot mustard?? So much MSG in all the food I had a hangover from it!!! Never again!
