I went to Qdoba for the first time on Huntington Avenue today. Ive never been before, but was meeting someone who suggested it, so I figured it was a good place to eat. The food was okay but NEVER have I ever been in a restaurant with such rude employees. I wanted to call the cashiers manager and put in a complaint right then and there but refrained since I was meeting someone. One employee made a mistake on my order and thought I ordered two quesadillas, so I corrected the cashier when she was about to charge me for both. She shook her head at me with a smirk on her face and constantly laughed and made fun of me to both my face and her fellow employees. This is the first and most definitely LAST time Ill EVER go to Qdoba. Great service. No, really, keep it up. At this rate youll have no customers.

Do not bother. Ordered online with 30 minutes of lead time. When I arrived it wasnt done, it hadnt even been started. The cashier didnt even seem to be aware of how to process online orders. I accepted that it could be made on the fly (Ive worked in the food industry), but then they still seemed confused by a pretty straight-forward order of 2 Bohemian Veg knockout tacos and a tortilla soup (no special requests). I asked for a refund, but I dont even know if it actually went through, I wasnt even given a refund receipt. What a waste of time and money. You know a place has gone downhill when youre mad enough to write to their customer service and post a bad review.

Eh. The food wasnt great, but it definetly could had been worse. The tea tasted perfumey, wouldnt recommend at all! The service was pretty bad as well, they were impatient and rude. However, the restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was alright. Give it a go if its convenient, just dont go out of your way for a sub par experience.

So far, Ive gone to this location twice. Both times they miscalculated the price of my meal, the first time accidentally almost charging me slightly under three times the cost of my meal, and the second time about double. From now on, Im very wary of my total, as they did not even notice until I mentioned it.

Delicious Mexican food available at decent amount. They offer burrito as wraps or in bowl, have a variety of sauces and vegetables to add as preferred. Good food, prompt service and overall a nice place to catch a good meal, be it lunch or dinner.

Solidly okay, but slightly overpriced. You dont get your full value if you dont like guacamole. Also okay for vegetarians because its Mexico food, but its no cheaper to get just veggies (and no benefit like softias or tofu) than getting meat.

The burritos here are seemingly larger, but a big more messy than nearby Boloco. If you plan to come here, eat in the restaurant rather than on the go! They also seem to have more (and more authentic) options than their competition.

The costumer service is very bad, they are not kind at all. The food is not excellent but it is not bad either. The peppers here are completely raw. Just one thing was very good, the "Queso" sauce, it was pretty good.

Solid choice for Mexican food. Queso selection is the main draw that sets it apart from other places nearby. If you dont like queso, you might not enjoy this as much as nearby options.
