We used to come here for lunch every few weeks with co-workers. Now I generally come for pick up at dinner, the food is always extremely good. I order the Mongolian beef dinner or General Tsos dinner. The price is decent, dont expect Chinese food prices, but not too bad overall. I dont eat Sushi so I cant touch upon that, either way we did a recent dinner sit down, and ordered the pupu platter for 2. The best thing about Mikado is the food is always fresh and hot. Every item in the platter was made to order and tasty. I can appreciate that at Mikado, we never get chicken wings or fingers that have been sitting for who knows how long. The service is generally just ok, could be friendlier and more attentive, but not too bad. Mikado offers the best overall Asian/Chinese food around in my opinion.

Food was amazing and the sushi chefs were very good and entertaining for my daughter. I would give them 5 stars but alas my server was awful. She basically forgot us and when we did order acted like I was putting her out. She even snapped at me! I used to serve so I have sympathy but it wasnt even busy. Everyone has a bad night so well see next time!

All you can eat sushi on Sundays (All day) for only $25. They have all you can eat Monday thru Saturday (11-3) for only $13 but that is onlyrolls. If you want sushi it is an additional $4. On Sundays they have rolls, sushi and sashimi for $25 which is the better deal to me. Also the Tom Yum Kong soup is amazing!

They make anything you want and they are extremely affordable. The owner is always there and they even have happy hour apps. We have dined there three times and tried the hibachi once.. every time its been amazing. This place puts local competition out of business! One of the hidden gems in Beverly

Not happy with the way of service. I went in at 12:00pm for the sushi buffet, which says on the menu it starts at 11:00am. I was told I have to wait 20 minutes if I wanted it. Ridiculous. Had to get something else which I didnt even end up liking. It wasnt warm enough. Not coming back .

I would definitely recommend going for the sushi lunch special. There is a wait because theyre making it fresh, but it is definitely worth it. If you know what youd like and can order it in advance, and that will cut down the time.

Love this place! The teppanyaki is a blast! Dont do it if youre shy though, the chef likes to do a lot of crowd interaction. You will get zucchini tossed at your face and sake squirted in (and around) your mouth.

Service was awfull went in for their sushi buffet. I already order my gf a meal and its not like we were splitting a meal but if my gf ate a sushi They were going to charge me 13 dollars if my gf had one.

Went to Florida and had horrible sushi. This place reminds me of what sushi can be. Great atmosphere. Fresh fish and ingredients. Good amount of rice for their sushi rolls. Excellent service. :)

Great Sushi up in the North Shore. Staff are great, one of the best white Mai Tais. Definitely a diamond in the rough, settled in a shopping Plaza. This is definitely not shopping Plaza sushi

Excellent sushi and a ton to choose from! Neat lighting around the tables. They even do all you can eat sushi on most days during certain hours albeit with a more limited menu.
