Ive gone back three times since it has changed hands and am afraid to go back again. Had scallops the first time in since it changed hands and it was horrific! Three bites were rotten scallops, there was no taste, couldnt even taste the garlic, just swimming around in whitest water. There was alot of them which makes me think they were trying to get rid of them. Then I decided to try again at breakfast where before they changed owners I had never had a bad meal at all, ever! And the waitresses were always nice to me and gave great service. Had to send back the eggs benedict 3 times. First time because I asked for no ham because I didnt eat meat. Well it came back with meat. Second, it came back without the meat but when I put in the fork, yolk came pouring out all over the plate, and homefried covering everything. It was not cooked at all. Third, it came back with the same english muffin completely soak with a new uncooked egg and covered with globs of hollandaise sauce completely covering the whole plate. Couldnt even see the fried potatoes! Havent been back since. I sure miss the old owners. Had been coming here for over 15 years with not a single bad meal.

Im on a mission to find the best Eggs Benedict this side of the Mississippi River and so far The Arlington Diner has the BEST out of about 15 places sampled thus far. Dont ever change the sauce recipie or the water or the climate of the kitchen or the way in which it is prepared. Its soooo yummy ! And there attractive waitresses as well who work so hard as well as the kitchen staff. Club sandwiches are good. And they have good daily specials. Yum !

i visit arlington 4-6 times a year, and eat here at least once per visit. the scali bread is a novelty to me still, but locals may not be as excited. the greek sausage is super interesting, and a fun change from the usual breakfast meat suspects. their homefries are really great as well, make sure to at least get a side to split w the table if you dont feel like you can handle one by yourself

When I first walked in, every seat was taken. The host promised us 5 minutes, which turned out to be accurate. The seats were in good shape, the tables were clean, and the service was flexible and pleasant. The food, despite how busy it was, came at a reasonable time. The food tasted absolutely wonderful, and our meals were just as we ordered them.

Busy, high-volume old-school greasy spoon diner. The servers are all diner ninjas. The food is plentiful, if nothing particularly inspiring. The coffee is GOD AWFUL. If theyd just get some decent brew, theyre a 4 star diner for sure... They get very busy, so avoid between 10am and noon on weekends in particular.

Ive eaten here a couple of times with a friend who lives in the neighborhood. Friendly staff and good breakfast menu. They can be busy at common rush hours (brunch) but theyre generally pretty efficient at getting folks they food and checks in a timely fashion. One knock: real maple syrup not available. : /

Its a classic diner. If youre looking for a little more creative menu, or "free range" anything, look elsewhere. I mostly go for lunch, and stick to the Greek themed offerings, which I like quite a bit. For breakfast, theyre menu is fairly classic. Im not a fan of their coffee.

This is by far the best diner in the area! I come here every weekend and they never fail to impress me. Their coffee is amazing and my favorite thing to get is their country benedict or their eggs Mykonos! The staff is super friendly and always happy. DEFINITELY TRY THIS PLACE OUT :)!

Food is okay, but Im not particularly keen on their habitual heaping side of greasy potatoes with EVERY breakfast egg entree; usually, and very politely, I ask them to hold the potatoes, and thankfully they will oblige.

The food came out really fast for how packed the diner was. Order was 100% correct right off the bat, and the staff was friendly and not to over bearing. All in all a really great spot to grab some good breakfast.

Great food, but horrible service!! The waitresses are nicer once you go there a few times, but dont expect quick, friendly service. The food definitely keeps me coming back though. Best breakfast around!

One of my favorite breakfast spots. It may not have anything too special on the menu, but food comes out quick, consistent and enjoyable each time. I tend to get breakfast, but lunch is just as good.

I come here when I am really dying for agean benedict. One of the best ones around. Their gyro plate is great for lunch too. Real Greek greasy spoon diner and I hope it never changes.

Yummy Aegean eggs Benedict, french toast, pancakes and omlettes. The coffee is very weak otherwise I would have given five stars.
