Just Horrible. Avoid At All Costs! As other reviewers have said theres this Indian lady who is very rude and disrespectful. I dont mean to discriminate but this person should not be working here on account that she shows no compassion. Who hired this lady? Let me explain what clearly went wrong with my visit: I tried using a coupon to get 2 subs of equal value (buy 1 get 1 free) and she demanded I choose a cheaper sub which doesnt honor the special. When she adds the chicken I notice that its not separated in white containers like every other subway I visit. She uses a scooper to pick up the meat. Now the issue isnt with getting less or more, but it is not hygienic to have so much meat cluttered in a container. I will cover more about this in a bit. All veggies felt old and stale and were far from ripe I assume they dont like to throw anything away. She did thourougly toast my bread as I requested but what subway doesnt do that. When she rang me up she offered me no receipt which is unheard of for any restaurant I visit. Im assuming she doesnt want people filling out bad surveys. The soda machines had no ice and every soda was watered down. REPLACE THE SODA SYRUPBAGS!!!!! Lastly when I make it home and Im eating my sub I notice an unpleasant taste and smell in the chicken. Both the regular chicken and the sweet teriyaki chicken tasted as if the poultry had been left out and were well on their way of rotting or heading south. This was a Horrible Experience and I will not be coming back. As Im writing this review Im on hold with corporate over the phone reporting this particular subway. I may also report them to the health department for not being hygienic. You have been Warned!

This subway is terrible Julieta is one of the worst customer service representative for subway I Asked for a cookie and she said it was hard and then started yelling and told me she didnt want me to buy it because it was hard .... so after i use my napkins that she put in my bag to wipe off my table I went back up there to get more napkins and she yelled at me and said we could use the other paper towels to wipe off the table Im like I shouldnt even have to wipe the table down so I told Francisco that I didnt want to talk to her anymore and I just wanted to deal with him they both went back in the back and started laughing and giggling about something who knows so I went to the bathroom which the womens bathroom is out of service because they dont have any water but went in the mens and its a dead roach right there by the door I turned around and I left I would never never come back to this subway ever again!!! After all of these bad reviews management really needs to clear out their staff and get a hold of their business because this subway really needs to be shut down by the Better Business Bureau.... WORST LUNCH BREAK EVER

I been here few times and hate it every time more. I was about to throw the sandwich to her face and leave. The employee named "Farooq" is very rude. Only thing she says "wach you want? huh?" broken English and she is there always. I was using my mobile text coupon and she said they dont accept it and was talking to me like I am a thieve. While I was in the line she told a kid to pay $3 to refill a soda cup that was purchased in same visit. I as a business owner does not allow such a employee to work at my business. Her name tag was in back of her hat. She looks either Indian, Bangladesh or Sri lanka and name tag said Farooq. Person is very rude and I paid and trashed my sandwich out the door.

The woman who served me was RUDE. She put way too little chicken terayaki on my bread and when i asked her if she is putting more, she said that will cost me for extra meat. She pointed to the sign and said "you see this? It will cost you more." So i pointed out that there was no meat on about an inch of the bread to the end of the bread. She then dragged the already too little meat to the end of the bread. Her attitude sucked. She had very poor customer service skills. I am definitely not going back to Subway in Glenmont Shopping Center. Management should consider the people they have serving customers.

Employee was very rude. This morning went there before ordering the sandwich I wanted to go to rest room. Upon asking key, she very rudely responded that the restroom will open at 10oclock :) very Un-american behavior. Subway should teach this employee how to deal with customer. Never going back.

Weve been to dozens and dozens of Subway franchises around the country and this is definitely the worst weve seen. Place is dirty, theres no A/C, employees are rude...you get the picture. AVOID. Go to the one down in Wheaton or better yet up on Layhill by the toll road.
