While eating a sub, a girl named Ana approached me and my wife. She said, I will have to ask you to leave because I have to lock the door. We were shocked because we just got the subs in our hand and hardly had more than two bites. I said, we have to finish this and then we will leave. She said, no you have to leave now. My wife and I literally wanted to throw the sub on the floor and move out. But we kept our cool. My wife said, Okay wait for 5 minutes for us to atleast finish the sub. She shook her head and rolled her eyes and moved to the back. She came back in 2 minutes and started staring at us. At this point we decided to leave. I told her that it was impolite to tell customers to leave while they have not finished eating. She was completely unapologetic and we left. We had a similar experience at Subway downtown location in Bethesda where we were charged $17 for two veggie subs. When I asked why the price was so high, the lady replied, I dont know, you ordered what you ordered. I asked how much was the veggie sub. She said, I dont know, you tell me. I was like, you work here, how would I tell you the price of a veggie sub. Anyways, she checked and fixed the price and went on to defend herself by saying, I dont steal money here. That was a complete shocker as well. Train your employees, some of them dont speak and understand English. How are we supposed to interact?

Pretty dirty, tables and trays are not cleaned. I was grossed out seeing previous customers veggies on my trey.
