The crab cakes had way too many shells and the seasoning was off. The only plus was that there was a lot of meat. I got a side of mashed potatoes and it was cold and the seasoning was weird. None of the other guests could figure out the seasoning. The chicken fingers were obviously tysons frozen chicken fingers thrown in a fryer. I would have hoped for home made fingers given the price. Everything fried tasted the same like they used one fryer for everything. The mahi was good and the highlight for the meal were the appetizers. I would not recommend which is a shame because the location if nice.

A new find! We had no issues getting seats for a party of six, outdoors, on a Saturday early evening in late August. We ordered cocktails and appreciated the fact they were made with real ingredients and not from a store bought mix. We had the loaded fries as an appetizer- they had real cheese and bacon. The crab cake meal had it lump with fresh cut fries. The cole slaw was home made and delicious. They served small rolls with dinner-they were just ok. Otherwise, an excellent place with a great view of the bay and draw bridge. Well make this place part of our annual drive to North Carolina.

The build your own salad was perfect for me. Pick your lettuce (iceberg, romaine, or spinach), toppings (as many as you want w/no extra charge. I chose hard boiled egg, bacon, cucumbers, black olives, and tomatoes), and dressing (extra for add chicken but bacon is free). The chicken wings were slightly overcooked but very good sauce. If the wings were fried slightly less they would be near perfect. Dining was pleasant and with a really nice view of the Pocomoke River. The service was wonderful and the food arrived quickly. All around I would give Riverview a solid A for lunch.

Dinner was really good, however, it took 25 mins to get a round of drinks. The "manager" came over to our table while we were eating to interupt is and basically make excuses as to why it took 25 mins for drinks like it was our fault and a normal way to conduct business. Maybe the "manager" should take a class on the customer is right and leave the table when my husband says it is better that he walk away instead of making excuses. Our waiter was great.

Pleasant surprise in Pocomoke City! Clean and well appointed, nice menu, full bar, cheerful staff, TVs for your sports fix, outdoor seating for nice days, even a tiki bar! The Seared Tuna appetizer was especially nice. Crabcakes were excellent! Chicken wings were above average (I know, its hard to mess up chicken wings but I have seen it done before). Pleasant view of the Pocomoke river, if you are lucky you might even see the Rte 13 drawbridge go up!

The service was great, however, when it came time to order dinner we were told they were out of steak. Is it so difficult to either post on the white board, or here is an idea, have the host or hostess let the patrons know before being seated about their deficiencies that they are experiencing so other plans can be made. I will point out the Outback in Salisbury pulled the same B.S. on friday night with their prime rib.

Fish was overcooked, crab cakes had tons of shell in it, and when it comes to my steak sandwich it had no flavor and was actually the first time I have ever wanted to walk away and leave a steak on a table and not even touch it. I thought the person who recommended it to me was a friend not anymore.

Maybe a good option amongst the local restaurants, but as a stand alone restaurant this place was lacking in service and atmosphere. Good location right on a river but still lacked what should have been energetic vibe inside. Food was only ok. They didnt seem to understand gluten free well at all.

If you want to eat reheated Sisco food and buy $7 kinda pints then this is the place for you! Have fun walking around the bar thats in everyones way! Listen to the staff yell at each other cause theres only 2 people in the place over 30. How can you pass up such an experience?

Riverside has great food and a wonderful view of the water. Same menu options as Backstreet Grill in Salisbury, so its great to be able to visit either location for the same food and different experiences. Just be wary of the foul tasting Pocomoke tap water.

Flank steak sandwich was salty but tasty. Cuban sandwich was not on the right bread but rather a sub roll. Ordered cream crab soup and although it was very good our Waiter forgot to get it and we didnt receive it until after we had received our food.

This place has good fresh salads and the jumbilia was excellent. It has nice clean everything and the staff was fast and friendly. It was a nice break from the tourist food offered in Chincoteague and only a short drive away.

I really like the location of the Riverside Grill. Sited in downtown Pocomoke right on the river. The bar and tables nearly all have riverside views and the food complements the setting very well. Will return here often.

Good food, pretty place, but could not handle the flies. Friends we were with said they had had to battle flies before. They tried it with us, hoping something had been done----no, the same. No more visits.

Went on st. Pattys day. Very loud and full of drunk people early. Nice ambiance however, wait staff courteous and understanding of noise levels. Prices seem reasonable.

Loud sports bar with decent food. Lovely view of the river. Service friendly, but rushed. The Pokomoke Special is spectacular when tomatoes are in season.

I ate here for dinner while traveling for work. Food and service were good at a great price. Probably one of your best bets in Pocomoke City.

Food bad and its run by teenagers that use the place for social hour. Ive never seen older management take control when they play around.
