I like firehouse subs, however, I have went to this location on several occasions during the daytime Monday-Friday and all the tables are dirty, there are no napkins in the holders and the floors are dirty. When the workers come to clean off a table, there merely move the napkin holder back in its proper place and push the chairs in, they never wipe the tables off....there is always crumbs on all the tables, which I find disgusting. I will never return to this location again.

I must say the staff is very friendly. But, I had stopped coming here long ago because it would take SO long for my order to be ready. But I walked passed today and it was pratctically empty inside, besides two other guest waiting on their orders. So I gave them another shot. I placed my order at 7:40 and didnt get my food until 7:53. Im just trying to figure out why it takes thirteen minutes to make a sub. If youre on a time crunch I would not recommend this place.

WOW! I love this place! The staff is courteous and super friendly! The food is excellent. The Lemon Cookies are the BEST! Nicky, Ashely, Ashanti, and Imara are the best folks in the business! All the staff are wonderful. Everything stays stocked (napkins, straws, cutlery, etc.). The BEST place for lunch and dinner! Did I mention the Hook and Ladder Salad? It is awesome!!!

This Fire House Sub location is the worst. Everytime Ive gone to the location the floors are dirty, the customer service is good, but the food and preparation is horrible, when you good there you are getting DOG FOOD, its just a soggy pile of uncooked meet, vegetables that have been in there freezer for months! Please look out, I rather go to any Carry Out.

WOW, Im reading the reviews prior to writing mine and Im surprised to hear how many people arent happy. We went there on Mothers Day and had a great time. There wasnt a line and my sub (meatball on wheat) was very good. My husband enjoyed his (Italian on wheat) while enjoying the basketball game. We both had a great time and plan to return soon.

Call your order in so they dont waste your time. Ive never been in and out with a to go order in less than 20 minutes. They always seem understaffed and the staff that are hear seem inattentive. I always order the meatball plain so its never been a complicated order.

The server said they toast the bread but they did not. They forgot the requested hot peppers & I did not taste the cheese. Worst sub I have ever had. It was wet & soggy too. Wont be back there.

Friendly employees, all orders correct, good food. Takes a little longer for your food to be made than say.... Subway but its worth a fee extra minutes
