DO NOT ORDER USING DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD!!!! I recently order food online from this branch and days later after viewing my statement discovered that $5 had been secretly added and charged to my account after delivery!!!! Come to find out after calling to get a explanation, the delivery driver that gave me my food went back to the branch and added a $5 dollar tip without my permission!!! Somehow they are able to add charges to your account beyond delivery without even physically having or ever seeing your card and you will never know until you check your statement because your receipt will still reflect the original charge since the fraudulent act occurred after the original transaction. Not even a manager should have this kind of power let alone a regular employee!!! This exploit should not even exist!!! Luckily when I called to vent the people I spoke to on the phone were nice enough to apologize and threaten to fire said driver after she returned my $5 in cash. The driver however did not show until several hours later (close to closing time) and I had to call twice to make sure the driver was still coming to give back the money she stole from me. I hope for their sake and the sake of other customers they followed through on firing this dishonest employee. I ordered Seasons Pizza since the day they opened and always loved their food (despite the price hike) but now I will never order from them ever again and will look to alternatives. I could never trust any future transactions with this business ever again. To the driver who stole from me. I hope the $5 was worth your job, steady income and loyalty to your employer. Live and learn.

I thoroughly love their gluten-free pizza w/any gluten-free toppings; also the antipasto salad w/fresh Italian deli meats buffalo/aka fresh mozzarella cheese round slices with or without chopped or thinly sliced red onion any amount, pepperoncini/aka whole banana peppers, Italian/or greek kalematto olives and dressing of preference! Manga Manga / Yummy Yummy for the Tummy! Getting ready to order and enjoy partaking it with my cousin who I havent seen since I was a very young preteen or younger teen, not sure escapes my good Ole memory bank. Lol! Now my Mom, may she still be resting in peace, had a huge bibliotech of knowledge and remembrance would have it answered in a New York nanosecond!

We were apprehensive about Seasons Pizza because the parking lot is always empty, but we decided to give it a try. We shared a pizza and it was pretty tasty. The pieces were huge and although the crust seemed thick, it had a nice crisp to it. The menu was extensive (standard sandwich/Italian fare) and the prices were competitive. Mon-Wed they have buy one-get one free deals. Mondays deal is pizza- I cant remember what the deal is on Tues-Wed. The restaurant was clean with plenty of places to sit. We placed our order at the counter and the cashier brought it to our table in about 10 minutes. The bathrooms were sanitary and the place seemed pretty kid-friendly.

Usually I have an excellent time at Seasons pizza but today was different. I came in and everyone from the person I place my order over the phone to the cashier was great! I bought my toddler in to pick up a pizza but he wanted to sit in.. There was only two tables other than myself. The manager Bella came from the back and spoke to everyone except myself and toddler that was waving and saying hi.. She came from the back multiple times to visit the table that sat two tables away. He waved and spoked a dozens of time to the point I told him to stop. This isnt the welcoming I am use to at the Season pizza on Eastern Blvd in Essex md. I am very unhappy.

I usually go to this Seasons Pizza regularly, because their food is excellent and so is the customer service. Today I called to order as I usually do but a manager by the name of "Jim" took my order and never entered it into the system. I arrived the 20 mins he said it would take to be ready and had to place it all over again because he apparently was in a rush to go home with no consideration to the customer. I only placed my order again, because my 5yr old was starving. I was furious to start my wait all the way over. I spend lots of money here multiple times a week. This is unacceptable.

I ordered a whole cheese steak with provolone cheese, lettuce, mayo, fried onions and only on one half add little hots and tomatos! When we got it the tomatos was on one side and the mountain of hots were on the other side that pissed me off first! I asked for the roll to be toasted and this nasty ass sub was so fricking soggy that I trashed the entire thing! I have never had any issues with getting subs in the past so Im not sure what happened tonight but I do know that I was pissed and very dissatisfied!

First time ordering from this locations n and I have to say Im extremely impressed. Pizza was amazing, salad was to die for. Originally I was delivered the wrong salad, I called the store and the manager was exhausted apologetic and made me a new salad and sent it out with a free 2liter . Food is amazing and staff is amazing ❤️ My new favorite dinner spot

Walked in,an older gentleman was waiting for his order,employee walked by,said nothing,NO acknowledgement to me! Second person came from the back gave the older gentleman his food,took my order took my money gave me a order # and forgot I was even thair! At least she gave me a free desert employees should at least acknowledge you when they see you

We ordered a chicken gyro and a cheesesteak sub for lunch, and in less than 25 minutes it was at our door, hot and ready. Fast service from the get, the gentleman who answered the phone was polite and knowledgeable, the delivery driver was quick and polite as well. The food was delicious. I would definitely order from there again.

Their Pizza is to die for especially the deep dish. I love it I love it I love it. The staff is wonderful. Very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I have to admit I am addicted oh what an addiction. I drove a cab for many years here in Essex and from the first pizza I told everybody about your place. Yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy.

First timer got chicken cheesesteak ordering online was easy forgot to add meat lol so i called to fix very friendly and understanding. Came in warm bafflo chicken dip was really good i perfer chips instead of bread but still good. Chicken chessesteak was ok ill try something else next time timely delivery.

They have a GREAT whole wheat crust option and will load on the fresh spinach at no extra charge if requested. Being vegan, i get the white pizza without cheese with lots of spinach topped with fresh tomatoes, olive oil and garlic. Sooooooo goooood! :-)
