I decided to try Fratellos since I have lived nearby and never tried them because the parking lot was always empty I assumed the food was bad, and boy was I right! When I entered I was not greeted by smiling faces but rude workers that chose to laugh and talk with each other over taking my order. When I placed my order I had trouble understanding the thick accent of the man, but when I tried to apologize and asked him to speak slower he was very rude with me. We chose pizza and two subs for our food and the prices were outrageous. We were going to sit down and eat but the tables were all covered in crumbs, very unclean. I was too afraid to even use the bathroom! We waited around 30 minutes for one large pizza and 2 cheese steaks, and then when we got home we had realized the toppings were all wrong on our cheese steaks. I was extremely disappointed and angered by our trip to Fratellos, and I can tell you it was our first, but it was DEFINITELY our last time ever eating there.

First off, I decided to try this for the first time....and wish I hadnt. One, it was priced outrageous. Second, I walked in, and they were too busy goofing around and talking. Third, after I got home, I got the wrong salad, wrong sandwhich, no fries, and our strombolie was not fully cooked. Some of the cheese was still cold. Also, I noticed they called me, and did not bother to apolagize, or leave a message. Food was no good either. Even the pizza sub I decided to eat, which I did not order was all squashed up. Save yourself the aggravation, go somewhere else.

I Loooovveee Fratellos! I order from them at least 2x per week during lunch and they are prompt and courteous. I also order at least 1x per week for dinner. I love everything they have. Being a Southern girl, I love well seasoned food and its always just right! The folks working there are really sweet too. I really like the young lady Sarah and the delivery drivers are always fast and nice!!! ***Highly Recommended!!!!

I love their food. Although they used to let me substitue curly fries for regular fries in the lunch special and charge me a buck or so more. I was just told that cannot happen. Guess I am getting normal fries now. Not sure why they just cant give the customer what he wants and tell me i cant get lunch special price, or charge me extra.

Decided to try Fratellos for lunch today. It was delivered quickly, earlier than the estimated 30 mins. Everything we ordered was fresh and tasted great! We will be trying their pizza on Friday. If its as good as the lunch we had today, Fratellos will be our first choice for delivery from now on!

We tried this place as soon as it opened since its right up the street, and havent gotten carry out from anywhere else since! From pizza, subs, appetizers, etc....sooo good! My son picked Fratellos for his birthday dinner out of anywhere of his choice!

This place has delicious subs and sandwiches. My families personal favorites are the cheese steak, gyro, and chicken salad sandwich. Thier grilled chicken salad is a little expensive but also great.

This is a great little restaurant/carry out. The pizza is fantastic and the chicken Caesar wrap is outstanding. The staff is friendly and your food will generally be ready in less than 15 minutes.

Im done with them, they pay no attention to detail whatsoever, dont waste your time, the food is good but they do it their way, they dont care about the customer. Try Casa mias they actually listen

Great food, great prices, friendly and fast service. It is the best kept secret in Perry Hall. The pizza is a bit greasy, but the taste beats any of the corporate chains by leaps and bounds.
