I had called At 10:17am at the Columbia mall location, female answered requested to speak to a manager and had informed me that she was the manager, I had purchased a dozen cookies for 15 dollars and when I had left the mall and tried the chocolate chip it had this dredfull after taste then I thought to myself maybe it was just that one after eating/sharing 5 cookies out of 12. I informed the mod that the bath was either expired or to much baking powder or your using baking powder that contains sodium aluminum sulfate...which creates this dredfull Aftertaste. The Supposedly mod was not sympathetic at all, she informed me she eat them every day aND nothing ishort wring wit the batter.... Also I do not like how this company has no good customer support system I had called and the inbox is full....

I would love to visit this store more often, but I get so frustrated with the employees there. They have their ear buds in either listening to music or talking to a friend. Customers are not their first priority. I feel like I am interrupting them! I would think that the management would train employees better. It will affect the business if it is not changed.

The girl here is nice. The guy was rude. He did not ask if I was finished ordering. In fact I was still talking when he decided to ring up the first 3 items I asked for. The only reason I gave the "service" a "good" rating was for the girl. If he werent in such a hurry to get me gone then it might have been very good or excellent.

Ordered cake days earlier for pick up at 12... show up at 12 to pick up cookie and still not done. Told 10-15 minutes... no problem. Finished at 12:35 Service with an attitude. the lady at the cashier... "not my problem".. wont make this mistake again

This store has gone under new management with a new staff! The cookies tasted amazing and fresh. Cookies cakes were decorated beautifully. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this location. The mall is also a fun place to hangout.

Crap service! I placed my order, had it bagged. Ready to pay, and some guy walked up and wanted to get his ordered placed taken immediately. Clerk put my order down and started helping him. So rude. Never go to this place.

No customer service and those 2 ladies are still employed at this bakery. One of them called one of a friends an insulting word directed to homosexuals. I would really like to know how much these 2 woman make an hour.

I rarely get the cookies here, as they are pretty pricey and the chocolate chip cookies right across the food court at McDs are better and cheaper IMO. But Great American Cookie is usually sampling! So thats a plus

Wow! What a fun gift. They stay soft for a couple of days, so if you end up with a cookie cake for yourself, well, dont worry about it getting stale too soon.

No pricing? I mean none. Bizarre. The Snickerdoodles were terrible 1 star. The help was 3.5 she was very good with my return.
