This was the last time I eat at this location. 3 males of African American decent walked in the restaurant shouting profanities such as the F word and N word at each other. Staff at the counter just stood their smiling for a moment and I wondered why they would allow them to carry on like that, especially with customers in the dining room. Suddenly, one of the 3 males walked up to the counter and was greeted by a worker and asked what he was up to. The response was "just enjoying my day off". That is when I recognized him. I come to this taco bell maybe 2 to 3 times a week for lunch. He is one of the employees on the prep line and regularly brings the food out to me. This was intolerable behavior and the fact managers just stood there and watched it happened and encouraged it by laughing with them and striking up social conversation should be unacceptable at any business. You have lost mine.

I havent been to taco bell in years but felt like a bean and cheese burrito...easy right?! Well first off it was cold..hardly any beans and cheese mostly tortilla shell. Oh and apparently they started putting onions on them so if you dont want onions u have to say no onions. Also...when did they stop asking if u wanted sauce? Just very disappointed in them

Im not a 5 star chef but I understand that when you make food if something goes stale throw it away. Also when you make a chalupa SPREAD the sour cream, SPREAD the chicken. Even layers. I dont think thats a hard concept. No one likes a mouthful of sour cream.
