Our horrible visit started with the manager at the front and her rudeness. We paid and my mom had a gift card and they tried to still charge us the full amount ... once we asked she said oh yes there was money on your card my mistake.It continued once we went to be seated and were asked to move when the area was only half-full. By the time we left the entire area was full so not sure why we had to move! I went to get salad and the onions were see-through they were so old and dehydrated. I asked the gentleman if he could put fresh out he couldnt even speak English nor could the manager! He was very rude when I asked again no from last night he informed me. I dont care when theyre from they were disgusting, dehydrated, and old! We had my one and a half-year-old nephew who can eat macaroni and cheese and french fries there neither of which were even ready and it was after 11 oclock when lunch should all be out I asked and the manager said little while in her thick Spanish accent. Never again will I go back here after going through five dirty plates finally found a clean one I shouldve walked out at that point!!!

Lately terrible service! Its bad when your half way finished eating plate of food before your served a drink, this has happened about 7 of the last 10 times we have been to this restaurant. Some items on your bars not prepared well and cold, couldnt get anyone to help us at the bakery area, kids wanted some ice cream. We used to eat at GC quite often, until my 10 yr. old son got a serving of mashed potatoes with a straw and straw paper in it. Management never came to our table to apologize or give any explanation of what was being done or what happened. My husband saw the waiter talking with female manager in front of the bar. Waiter apologized and did a great job of taking care of us that night, but we were pretty upset about the management not doing there job. I wouldnt recommend this place, there are many other places to get hot food and better service with better management & cleaner restrooms!

This is an extreamly dirty restaurant. The last time I ate there all the dishes and silverware were dirty. It was like they didnt get washed at all. I picked up a spoon that looked like someone ate there dessert with and put it back. My mother ate there a couple of years ago and said she saw a cockroach climb up the wall. I just heard from a friend tonight that she went there with her family and a cockroach crawled across the table. I emailed them about one incident and never heard any response.

Service was lousy it took over 20 minutes to recognize that we were here and take our drinks over I had to get the manager and bring it to the managers attention and by the time the manager was finally there needless to say my food was cold but the food was great hot and fresh the service was lousy

the water used on fountain drinks tasted dirty. the Vegetables were not fresh. I know some people eat here as family because of low prices.........but I found everything to be tasting unhealthy. The only thing I thought was good was the customer service

All was going well until I saw roach walk across the desert bar. Confronted the manager she stated " thats impossible we just sprayed twice". I said well you need to spray again this place is nasty no telling what else roaches are walking around on.

I come to this restaurant frequently with my family. There are so many options. Theres something for meat lovers, vegetarians, kids, soft diet, just deserts. You name it! Awesome staff, too! Definitely a return spot for my family and friends.

Everything was great. Hugh place, plenty food, wide variety. Service was great too. Please leave a tip, whatever you can afford for these hard working people. I will be in the area for a few days so I plan to return a couple more times.

I visited here today at around 6:00pm, It was not packed and was very clean. The service was nice. The food was fresh and very tasty. If your looking for a place to eat with friends and family I recommend this Golden Corral.

Dirty dirty dirty. Silverware and plates looked disguising. Took a photo of one of the men working with the omelettes and waffles on his phone with gloves on. Smh why are you even allowed to have your phone around food.

Puhal my server very rude , since my leg is in a full case ask her if she could get me some Lemon , her reply was that its over there and you can get it yourself I ask for a refund and I will never got back there again

Are service was horrible. Are waitress was rude and racist didnt want to serve us had to talk to Manager and get a new server . Be thinking twice before me a my family go back . Its sad these things still happen

Service was lack luster. Price high for cold food. No longer have sweet butter in packs and rolls hard and cold. But it is a buffet style so that explains the experience. But the service horrible.

The food is hot, theres enough of it, and plenty of room to sit. Drinks are almost always slow coming, they remodeled and dont give you one when you pay so you have to wait on the attendant.

Been going here off and on for years. They have cleaned it up great and improved the choices. We have been going a little more often now. Food always seems fresh, especially the salad bar.

The food was very good and everything was very clean. We paid about $50 for two adults and two kids, which I think is reasonable for a nice selection of salads, food, drinks and desserts.

Great place to eat and the price is great. Love the steak at breakfast! Cooked perfectly! Grilled with its own fat makes it all the more juicier and packed with flavor! Yummm!

Come in on Sunday between 1030 and 11 am. They still have breakfast (waffles, eggs, bacon) and they start putting out lunch too! Best of both worlds!

Service is fast, food bars are kept clean and patroled for kid fingers. Waiters are friendly and fast also, but the food is prepared with care.
