I would like to begin by saying that google has incorrect hours of operation for Friday Saturday and Sunday. Google actually lists that ihop closes at 12 noon on those days when in reality they close at 12 midnight.... I just thought I would share that information since I was one of the ones who thought that they closed at noon so I did not visit on Saturdays because I assumed that they were closed. As far as my review this particular IHOP is awesome their bathrooms are nice and clean. The environment is very welcoming and homey. And the staff are genuinely respectful and kind. One waitresses by the name of Ciara is so sweet. Even when She is not my assigned waitresse she still checks on me and see if I need anything if shes not too busy. Zack, who is the manager takes care of his customers. He is very friendly and has a great personality. On even the most busy days he walk around the restaurant and greet his customers and ask if everything is ok. I have frequented different ihop locations but this one is definitely the best with a family oriented atmosphere. I think Zack does a great job with making sure everything runs smooth and everyone is keen about teamwork and ensuring that their customers are satisfied.

I like iHop but NOT this location. I ordered Steak and eggs but the steak looked and tasted liked it was cooked in a microwave. Rubbery, bland and it was inedible. The square shaped hash brown tasted like it was freezer burnt before cooking. I only took two bites of the steak and the hash browns called the waiter to let him know that I would not be consuming it and walked out. This is the first time I have ever walked out of a restaurant because of bad food.

I just cannot for the life of me why this IHOP is messed up! I always get a to go order and every time they get it so wrong. Please listen when people order and make note for the kitchen so the order comes out correctly. This starts at the management level wow. I give up no more for me and I not a 1 time customer maybe about 60 times a year we eat in or to go no more Im done.

As a couple on a busy Sunday morning, we managed to be seated within 15 minutes after a ton of other couples. Really fast! The table was a little syruppy when we were seated, but the server was really pleasant and wiped it up right away. Food came within 10 minutes, all exactly as ordered. Great experience, way better than the one on Belair Road.

First off let me Starr by saying james was amazing. His customer service skills was at a all time high. He has a great smile and seem like all the guest and employees loved him. 1 table told me everybody request him because of his personality and his wonderful memories. He is the reason we eat IHOP

There is ample seating. In less than 1 minutes a waiter was at our table. 2 other waitresses stopped by the table. So no complaints about waiting. The restaurant is clean. The food is what you would expect. I just wish IHOP would change the type of coffee that they serve!

This is my favorite Ihop, there are three others in my area. All of which are excellent in service. Golden Ring is relatively smaller than the other two nearby but very accommodating, even on busy days. The staff is friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is comfy.

Typical IHOP breakfast at all times good after bar bar visit have a little grudge against them since they took over the bar that once you still be here and I would hang out but I dont hold it completely against him pancakes are good

Nothing to write home about and the service was not great at all. It was convenient at the time for a quick bite. Prices are not crazy high. Also the layout of the place seems off. The bathroom is in the back by a server station.

20 minutes to even see a hostess. 20 mins for drink order. 25 mins to place order....too much time invested in a poorly run restaurant. Tables not cleared, fussy children waiting forever. Avoid.

This place always seems very busy, but the wait is never very long. Food has always been good and prompt service. This location is by far a better choice than the one nearby on Bel-Air rd.
