This place is the worst. If you order a family size salad, expect to receive a personal sized one instead. We called to report the issue and the rep said that we would be able to get a free family sized salad on our next order. He stated the information would be saved in their system. We placed another order and attempted to claim our salad...Felipe did not honor our request and said that they dont have a system for this. We decide to keep our order and speak with a manager the next day; however, our order never arrived though confirmed. Though we had ordered from Flippin 3 times before, Felipe stated that the driver was pulling up an out of state address and attempted to deliver twice...that makes no sense. No one even called to tell us...we had to call THEM. I will never patronize this establishment again.

Not only is the pizza mediocre at best, but their service is HORRIBLE! I called to get a pizza for pick up and the girl could not even tell me basic information to my questions (because their website is horrible). Then she has an attitude with me because she cannot hear and type a phone number at the same time. They told me it would be ready for pick-up in 20 minutes, which I relayed to my husband, who was picking it up. He got there, paid, and thats it. They never gave him our pizza, as he saw people come and go with theirs etc. After I told him to talk to the manager because it had been 40 minutes since I called, they told him it had been sitting there the whole time. On principle alone, we probably will be finding another place in falls church to eat.

I am a pizza addict. I grew up in Brooklyn, where my local pizza place was DiFaras, which is now acclaimed as one of the best pizza places in New York - which is saying something. Since moving to Virginia Ive been missing a good, by-the-slice pizza place. The Italian Stores pizza is the best, but its primarily takeout. Joes (on Lee Hwy) is acceptable, but its a sit-down place. Finally, with Flippin we have a NY-style pizza place in the neighborhood. The pizza is pretty darn good (IMHO, not quite as good as The Italian Store but better than most others in the area), and they have some good specials.

The place is about 5 minutes walking distance from where I am. The employees are friendly enough, not stand offish. Its super quick, I stand there for about 5 minutes before Im given my pizza to go. They have pizza by the slice, which I love. And they have 2 beers on tap, Goose IPA and Virginia Lager. Only downside is they dont have enough of the toppings. Very little actual pepperoni on the pizza. But the pros outweigh the cons. I like the place.

My older son (almost 19) told me to try Flippin Pizza, so today my younger son (12) and I had their lunch special (2 slices & drink for $5). He had 2 pepperoni slices. I had one cheese & one whitestone. They were excellent. The thin crust has no resemblance to cardboard whatsoever. According to a nutrition review I read, there are no added sugars to the dough or sauce. Its a winner in my book.

Not family oriented. Just another corporate mindset un willing to bend their policy to maintain a customer. They do not have a driver, but were unwilling to honor their $12 delivery coupon even though I was willing to come pick it up. I explained I had promised my kids pizza from Flippin after a long pool session. No dice. Thanks for helping a parent with hungry kids.

I liked the set up of this little restaurant but the pizza was nothing to write home about. I wasnt blown over by customer service but in Northern Virginia...are you ever? I expected the pizza to be amazing but it was greasy and flavorless. I was hoping for something similar to Slice down in the Outer Banks...no such luck.

I went in tonight with my wife for a quick dinner. The service was friendly. The pizza was delicious, tasted just like in NYC. The bottom of the crust was crispy and delicious. Its the best New York pizza Ive had in the area. They have a limited menu, but its quite good for what it is.

Tried giving them another chance: Submitted online order, told 50 minutes, over 1.5 hours later still no food. When I called, I was told "online orders take extra time...give us 20 more minutes". Waiting to see how much this fiasco will cost me.

This is the best pizza in Falls Church VA that I have had . Being a New Yorker makes me especially fussy when it comes to pizza. And Flippin Pizza Falls Church, VA measures up to the task. Very quick and efficient delivery too.

So called NY style pizza was horrible, $21 +tax per pie. 4 or 5 cubes of chicken per slice and it was their feature of the day. Crust was dry as the cardboard box it came in.

Delicious pizza! We have lots of choices in the City of Falls Church but Flippin is our favorite by far. The artichoke pizza is delectably different and worth trying.

A great variety of excellent, high quality pizzas delivered on time. We use this for large groups and they consistently bring hot, delicious pies!

Delivery was good but pizza is nasty, no tomato sauce, bland flavor and the crust is undercooked. Go to pizza bolis instead or even Dominos

Probably the coolest named pizza place in the city of Falls Church. Also, I hear you can get pizza with or without toppings if you ask.

Pizza was okay, ceasar salad was huge. Under $9 for a slice, salad and drink. Good spot for a quick, cheap lunch if you work in the area

The pizza is a step above par, nothing too memorable though. Service was awfully slow. The tables were not very clean.
