Im the type that thinks that brunches are overrated (either for people who want an excuse to day-drink or else for people who dont know how to make a basic omelette at home). That said, I like Corner Pantry! I went on a Sunday morning and there happened to not to be any wait. On the menu, the dishes are both traditional and unique with offerings from traditional English breakfast to shakshuka (baked eggs in a spiced tomato sauce; Middle Eastern). My friends and I were all very happy with what we ordered, which is an accomplishment in itself. I tried their honey vanilla latte which was excessively sweet but very strong in honey and vanilla flavors. I also enjoyed the food enough to bring some pastries, like crumpets and a Cornish pasty, home for later. I think some of the pastries can be overpriced but this would be a solid place to bring a guest or a friend, and you can escape the "Miss Shirleys" hype (overpriced and long wait).

Got an egg sandwich with sausage on a biscuit and it was phenomenal. It was definitely a larger portion than I expected, but that was a welcome surprise. The eggs were super fluffy, the sausage was on point, but the biscuit stole the show. I could probably eat half a dozen of them. The waffle was a different flavor than I expected, a little bit tangy, not quite as rich as other waffles. But the compote completely changed my mind about the waffle. Great complementary sweetness, still had a light texture. Coffee was satisfactory, service was satisfactory and pleasant. Could have used louder music, although the Spice Girls/Haddaway mix coming from the kitchen was entirely welcome. Highly recommend.

What a great surprise! We are not usually on this side of town, so we lucked out finding a fabulous find. This is not your typical sandwich shop. The menu options were amazing. And after we finally decided, our food was scrumptious. We got a house cured ham and brie, made with fuji apple slice and honey mustard. Also a shrimp salad sandwhich with tarragon, basil and slices of peach. Soo good.

Im giving this place 5 stars for if nothing else their biscuit. One of the BEST biscuits Ive ever eaten. They have a great vibe an ever evolving menu and a cool decor. I will say that at times the bake on the baked goods is under. Ive had a couple muffins under baked and the cookies really could use some help. Sorry guys but its true. Still live you and your coffee is still great.

Love this place! We pretty much go every weekend. For breakfast, I personally think the cold bar is the best. I like to get the yogurt, fruit and smoked salmon. I also can never avoid the delicious baked goods. Really, the pop tarts, chocolate chip cookies and donuts are all to die for. Super friendly staff too.

The food here is good. It was very busy for a little cafe and maybe just a little over hyped. We had several dishes including both soups. The main drawback was the lack of seasoning. The pastries and coffee were great, but if you want to eat a meal, go somewhere else and come here after.

Good service! They were so nice and I was greeted as soon as i walked in. I ordered a green juice and a pound cake. The green nice was made with fresh ingredients, i watched as she made it. However the pound cake was gummy but it had a good flavor. I wells go back to taste the food

My favorite spot to camp out with my computer at the counter in the window. Their gluten free muffins are the best around and Ive been known to go 20min out of my way for their caramel latte. All the food is amazing- theyre the best!

Love the salad bar and salmon. Turkey chile is awesome! Just check your order when you carry out. My husband has come home with the wrong salad dressing and without the included cornbread. Otherwise, I love the Corner Pantry!!!

This is a fantastic place. Good coffee and pastries in the morning, and specialty donuts on Saturday. Thursday nights are family night with set menu. The menu rotates frequently so there is always something new.
