Unfortunately I am not happy with my purchase ... My mother got a Carmel apple that she is completely satisfied with , but I purchased a slice of peanut butter fudge and (a week ago we were by the shop I didnt even know it existed , being that we were on the boats all day I only had $20 cash and used that on other things . So I made a special trip just to come back and get the fudge that looked amazing) it was just extremely sweet.. Like eating a bite of confectionery sugar with a tad bit of peanut butter :( maybe it was just that batch .. I will try again next time Im down that way but I wont be making any special trips because of this... I wouldnt have done a review but it was $12 now waisted so my review is to just let anyone who is looking for a very peanut buttery fudge to maybe try a sample first . Three stars because the staff was extremely adorable and pleasant and the place is spotless and so clean ... They do have a large amount of yummy treats to try out

I ventured to Killweins to get some frozen cream with my baddies. Little did I know that I would be greeted with a putrid sack of baby carrots named "Linda". Let me tell you, this little stinker was an absolute embarrassment to frozen cream salespeople worldwide. My fingers were tumbling at the the thought of her little grimy fingers all over my beautiful waffle cone. The ice cream however, was absolutely amazing. It felt as if a baby giraffe was tickling my throat with its long slimy tongue. My body wasnt prepared for this assault on my taste buds, but boy was I glad that they were. I hope my wife and infant girl realize where daddy has been so much, Im so sorry honey, I love you with all my kidney.

Walked past the store today and just had to go inside. Everything looked AMAZING and Im sure that it would have tasted even better. Unfortunately, the store employees left such a bad taste in my mouth that my boyfriend and I decided to leave without buying anything. Rude would be an understatement, no one greeted us when we entered,and when I attempted to make small talk with one employee about the chocolate pieces in the case, she shrugged me off and walked away. Everyone who worked there made it clear that they didnt want to be there, nothing worse than going to a place excited and then having its employees ruin it for you. We probably wont be visiting again.

Kilwins ice creams are superior to any other ice creams out there. They also have the best milkshake weve ever had (the ODB) and the second best (Triple Turtle Shake). Now you gotta be careful who makes it for you (Sam is the best!), as only a few of them really know how to make them (chunky, heavy on the bottom, with chocolate/caramel fudge drizzles on the cup). Service is pretty good overall. From time to time John will surprise you with some ice cream combinations to try and really cheer you up. Prices are a little steep but totally worth it, and they have a discount for Atlantic Station residents (with the A Card). Best place in Atlanta for ice cream.

Its a shame that this store could be better if it wasnt for the lack of attention to their coffee making process and service. My SO and I went to try the fudge bars and cookies and they were perfect, service was perfect, but when we ask for a cup of decaff coffee they said the did not have it... Fine, we said, lets get the regular, when we did, the coffee was weak, tasteless and lukewarm er like temps. Come on!! if you are selling cookies, cakes, or stuff like that, put an effort in offering a better coffee at least. Customer service was great though.

Fantastic Ice Cream, but the person that "took care" of us displayed the definition of terrible customer service. This person was absolutely rude. He basically threw the ice cream cups into our heads. He seemed as if he hated his job and that serving ice cream to customers was the most miserable task in the world. He did not show a single sign of happiness. It is a shame that such a great product was absolutely ruined by this one employee.

After a day on the water taxi sweet shop was an afternoon delight ... Spotless and so cute, the store offers ice cream and in store made gourmet chocolates. A little pricey for my lil fella that likes plain vanilla ice cream, but my chocolate covered buttery caramels were to die for.
