Phenomenal all around. The BEST ice cream I have ever had!! They even had pumpkin ice cream and homemade pumpkin fudge which the chef told me was made with organic pumpkin, we left with some of each :) The staff was very friendly and even offered us samples of both the fudge and the ice cream and were very personal with us even though the store had other people in it! We highly recommend Kilwins for not only amazing service but the best candy you will have!!! We love the one back in our hometown of Annapolis too!!

We went there in a moment of weakness. The best ice cream in town home-made waffle cones. A wonderful selection of fudge. Great caramel corn. Beautiful peanut brittle. - did I mention this was a moment of weakness? - And fantastic caramel apples with wonderful granny-smith crisp apples underneath. Just a street away from the Duke of Gloucester. Trust me - this is where you want to go!

My daughter got the marshmallow store ice cream. She said it was really good! I got hot chocolate, which I didnt think would be possible in August even though it was a cool evening. It was the BEST hot chocolate! It was not the kind you put hot water in a powder cocoa mix. Thus was the real thing made with milk. I highly recommend this place.

Located directly behind Marketplace Center in Colonial Williamsburg this boutique ice cream and chocolate shop has fresh, handmade ice cream and fudge of the highest quality. The staff of college kids are always friendly and helpful. This is a must stop for visitors to Williamsburg or William and Mary college.

Great service. Excellent selection of ice cream and sweets. We went in the evening and had a bit of a wait but it was worth it. Keep in mind that there is a college nearby so if you go, expect to see college students aplenty, especially if the weather is good.

Awesome! Truly inventive ice cream flavors that you cant get anywhere else, plus tons of other treats. Perfect for a family visit. The staff is wonderful. Ive been to a lot of ice cream shops and this is absolutely as good as it gets.

I make my own ice cream at home because most store-bought ice cream is subpar. Kilwins is expensive, but serves properly good ice cream. By far the best ice cream parlor ice cream Ive had.
