I travel all over the country and dont often review or rate any place, but this place just made the bottom of the heap. First it took forever to order my meal, then when it was delivered to the counter the girl threw it down and abruptly walked away ignoring me as I asked for sauce. Then another employee heard me and asked what I wanted now. When I told her some sauce she grabbed a handful and threw them at my bag. I shrugged that off and headed to my hotel only to get there and discover that my 2 steak challupas were chicken. So back I went. When I walked in 2 of the employees said theres the chicken guy and hid behind the ovens. Then another employee came over and asked what I wanted. I told her the situation and she went to get the "manager" after I stood there for 10 minutes the counter girl yelled back to the "manager" and she finally looked around the corner and said "What?" to me. I told her the issue and she looked at me for a second and asked "well do you have the receipt?" When I said yes then she came out from behind the corner as she huffed and started rifling through the bag and pulled out just the challupas and walked off to the back. Then brought out 2 challupas not even asking about the other 3 tacos that #1 are now 30 minutes old #2 have been rifled through and opened up. She then looked at me and said "there" and turned and walked back to the back. I started to say something about the rest of my order and she turned and said "oh, sorry" and then walked off. At this point I knew anything I said would not resolve this situation so I went back to the hotel. I come through this area every 6 months and will never go back to this store.

I walked into this taco Bell/KFC around 3:00pm. There was only one person at the cash register who was also working the KFC side and handing out orders. It took approximately 20 minutes to order because she would take an order, then make the food, then take another one. All of the employees here seem to be peeved about being here; no one is smiling and there is no sense of urgency from anyone. Now the cleanliness of this place... That is the main reason I gave it one star. Summed up in one word: disgusting. The mens restroom smelled like an abandoned gas station restroom and seems to be falling apart. There is an entrance that is locked because the glass is shattered with a sign saying "do not touch"... Tacky. All of the tables were filthy, not a single one clean. Trash is piling up... Just look at the pictures and youll see all of what is wrong with this. The only reason the employee started cleaning was because she saw me taking pictures. Meanwhile, a line was forming at the register and she didnt stop what she was doing to tend to them. Pitiful.

Ive been driving since 4am and when I walked into the taco bell KFC My first impression was the bathroom. It smelt like straight piss! I had to hold my breath the whole time! The toilets were stained the trash can was over flowing and the floors where DISCUSTING! then I went to go order my food and the cashier was not at all inviting. Like he was there cause he had to so he could make that next child support payment. No smile no hello nothing. I ordered and he almost didnt care. Didnt ask if I was dinning in or to go. When I got my food it was in a bag instead of a tray cause I was gonna eat there. When we went to find a seat NOT ONE TABLE WAS CLEAN! Trash cans were full floors sticky too. Half of the lobby sodas were out. This place was so gross I literally went and ate in my car with my wife in the parking lot. When I opened my food there were burnt crumbs all over everything. Obviously they dont clean a damn thing including the grills. Absoultly the WORST taco bell KFC I have EVER been to. My wife also said the womans bathrooms were just as gross.

Worst fast food experience ive ever had. I waited over 20 minutes inside for my food, then I watched as they called the number after mine, gave her my food, after she opened it and picked through it to realize it was not the food she ordered, she took it back to the counter. The took it to the little work area in sight and just rewrapped it and called my number. After I got my food that had already been handeled by other customers, I came to find that one item has no ranch sauce as it normaly does, and my grilled stuffed nacho had ranch sauce mixed ontop of the queso, also it was folded very sloppy and not grilled enough to hold it together. Somewhere along the way of being handeled so many times it exploded in its little bag. The service was poor at best, the restaraunt was dirty and very smokey, and the restrooms were nasty and all stopped up. This establishment shouldnt exist.

First, when in the drive thru, I said I have two separate orders. The drive thru girl says you will have to come inside, I cannot take your order in the drive thru. So we go inside and I noticed others picking up orders from the drive thru so I asked why we were told we must order inside. I was told that because we had two separate orders. Then, the tacos, and chalupas we both ordered were so soggy, all the filling fell out on the first bite. And we were only staying right next door and were sitting down to eat within 3 minutes of having our orders. This place is a joke.

Staff where rude just the everything in a bag stuff falling out of wrappers, potatoes spilt on everything, chicken tasted old, tacos where soggy like they had been sitting for awhile. didnt have any straws, napkins ect..the staff where more worried about talking and playing around then taking orders, waited 10mins in line to order with only 2 cars in front of me. Wont be back food was as terrible as the customer service

Never full menu at night if they are even open during night hours. Always out of things. Takes 20 minutes to get in and out of the drive thru. Intercom doesnt work well. I dont know why they even do KFC/Taco Bell stores anymore. They all seem to be like this. We drive across the bridge all the way to Perkins if we want taco bell since the taco bell on highland and the one on college both have horrible service too.

Worst experience the girl taking the order was rude while taking the order then received the drinks the cups were halfway full . Asked her to fill them up she got an attitude and roles her eyes. Had to wait 10 mins for potato wedges. Then when I asked for sauce for the popcorn chicken she closed the window Can not express how horrible the service is

This is the 4th time i come here and all of the experiences have been bad from waiting to long on the drive thru to rude staff to nasty tasting food today was the last straw, the crunchy tacos that i had were bad the taco shells were spoiled and smelled bad and i was given 5 tacos that smelled rotten. Will never go back there again.
