Rue Beignet might be under new ownership, however, the management is horrible. The beignets are great, but the employees do not know great customer service. In most cases are very incompetent. They lost my order twice when the place wasnt that busy. I dont think the owner knows what has been going on.

Beignets as good as any place around, with tons of options on how to modify your order that you wont find anywhere else. From Chocolate beignets to beignets topped with Chocolate nutella, you wont be disappointed with the variety. Nice, quiet, and almost the only place to get them near Shenendoah.

This is my favorite beignet spot in BR. Always made fresh and hot. The service is impeccable and the food is AMAZING. They make these little beignet bite they call toes and you can have caramel drizzled on them. Perfection!

The beignets were better than that New Orleans brand beignet cafe. The dough in Rues was thicker. I recommend Rue for your next beignet.
