Theres so much seasoning, and I suspect ground pork, that their burgers taste more like meatloaf sandwiches. Theyre salty, not even close to juicy (their catchphrase, ironically, is "juicy juicy") and rubbery as hell. The place is nasty, floors are greasy, menu is a confusing mess, they do not serve Coke or iced tea - practically a crime in on the South. Run, do not walk, away from this dump.

Rouls used to be the best burger in town. In recent years, however, quality has gone down. 2 out of the 3 visits, the burgers will just be good; 1 out of 3 times, the burger will be a top quality, juicy juicy Roul burger like it used to be in like 2007. Meanwhile, Five Guys and Barcadia have opened literally footsteps away and are pretty consistent in quality. Hope Rouls can fix this.

Rude staff. Acted like I was bothering them when asking whats on the Mo Burger. Then they forgot to cook my burger after I ordered it. I had to remind them of this important step. Get new people, clean the place up, add some ingredients to your menu, and then maybe Ill return. Go to Five Guys across the street. Friendly, better, faster, they have a list of ingredients too.

The best burgers in Baton Rouge, hands down. Probably not the best for the waist or health, but they taste great and are real homemade style. Definitely a LSU tradition. The owner is a hoot and very nice guy. Could use a bit of remodeling.

I love wings so Tuesday is my day. 10 (BIG) wings fries and a drink for 7.25$....you cant beat that with a stick. Cool owners too!!!
