The service is always horrible. Every time Ive been here the service is always the absolute worst that you can expect whether you place a to go order or dine in. During my last visit the waitress only came to my table three total time: To get my drink order, to bring back my drink and take my food order, and to bring my check. After waiting 20+ minutes, I had to ask another waitress to check to see if my food was ready, and of course it was ready and cold. I visited today and the service was no better. Three different employees passed by me before anyone even acknowledged that I was standing there. It took 20 minutes until someone asked if I needed anything. TWENTY MINUTES. Then the rudest hostess possible gave me my food which was then cold. After getting my food I was almost home before I realized they gave me a different type of fries that are not even on the menu and I didnt have my dressing that they now make you pay for. The same waitress gave me my dressing and it wasnt until I was home that I realized I had been charged for a drink that I did not received. DO NOT eat here. Go to Pita Pit or the Subway across the street instead.

Ordered to go for the office, and it was horrible. One of the sandwiches was completely wrong and i had to wait to have it remade. A second sandwich had the cheese and the bacon left off (did not see this until i was already back at the office). Had to remind them that i was suppose to have a side salad and a side mac and cheese and tell one of the girls 4 times my 3-drink drink order. In all this confusion it was overlooked that a cake was left out. Only one girl seemed to know what she was doing and was getting in the weeds. Everything was cold by the time we were able to leave. I wonder if it was hot to begin with. If (IF) i ever eat at this location again, it definitely will not be for take out.

Ordered a salad and drink to go over $16. The drink was over $3 by itself. There was one person wOrking the front to sit people, to take to go orders, to handle pickup orders and to go to kitchen to put the to go orders together. A couple of people of me were waiting for their orders, and one who checked their order didnt get it right. When I finally received my meal it was without silverware and drink. Finally received those and when I went to eat the salad, it was nasty, and the meat was cold. I couldnt eat my $16 meal. It was awful. I have never written a bad review before, but this was the worst. The other BWWs Ive been to are nothing like this one in Baton Rouge on Highland.

Staff was completely unprofessional. Same as a previous review, I felt like the staff was more concerned about hanging/talking with each other rather than helping customers, waiter did not care if we got our food or not. Took an hour for the appetizer to come ouy and it was only 3 snack size tacos. We never got our refills. Waiter avoided us and refused to answer questions till we walked out. The place was not even busy at. This was the WORST experience Ive ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings.

Most locations of Buffalo Wild Wings are usually pretty good.... they have a ton of different wing sauces and a good selection of bar food and beer options. This location, however, is usually slow at lunch even though 3 out of 4 people at my table ordered from the Fast Break Lunch Menu. I cant see us going back to this location anytime soon. Lunch taking over an hour is not acceptable.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings! Paid over $35 for two people and couldnt even eat the food.

The food at this location was ok. They lose a star because they dont know how to manage at large capacity. There was an unnecessary wait time because two of their receptionists/hostess were helping one customer, while another was helping bus tables, even though there were very few tables to clean. That should have been left to the lady whose job it was.

I like my wings to have sauce on them, so I reminded them to be sure theyre wet. They charged me to get the wings wet. I asked about it, and thats a standard side charge. This is not a self respecting wing place its a sports bar. Sadly its one of the best deals in Baton Rouge, with scarce wing options for a tight budget. I miss my Baltimore wing days.

11/29/16 at 10 pm service was horrible from my waiter staff was not did not speak when walking through doors i ask a waitress can she find my waiter so i can pay my bill she just said i dont know who he is and got a broom and swept floor come to find out my waiter is outside shooting the breeze with some guys outside food was good horrible service

When BDubz, a place based around chicken wings, serves raw chicken wings that took over an hour and a half to get to the table on a not so busy night. Table was nastly. They used what looked like week old mop water to conrinuously wipe down all tables and didnt change out the water omce regardless of what was cleaned up. TRASH AND GARBAGE BRUH.

Service honestly sucks ass, the clientele here are a bunch of childish college students and so are the workers. Nothing gets done besides orders being taken but food never comes, drinks arent refilled. This is the 3rd or 4th time my fiance and I have walked out of this place. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Came in today for lunch and had the server named Darvin. I tried their new sauce he recommended and instantly it became my favorite. All of the servers were nice and the atomosphere was very uplifting. I came in with in a bad mood but left feeling better . Im going to ask for Darvin again he was awesome.

This place has gotten terrible since it first opened up. Today we placed an order to be picked up and they told us it would be 10 minutes. We showed up right at 10 minutes and they made us wait for an extra 20. We checked the food and it was cold and they got our order wrong. Wont eat here again.

First off place was empty table was still dirty. Food sucked, wings were hard and old tasting plus they skimped on the sauce so most were dry. The draft and bottle beer was flat. Didnt finish anything on the table. Wont be going back, wouldnt have even given a star but it made me put something.

I get that it is a busy place, but that doesnt give most of the cashiers an excuse to be rude or not respond to customers questions. They have messed up my order about 3-4 times. 2 stars because the managers and some of the waiters are nice, and the wings are good
