Horrible i went last Saturday night I dont know if the bartenders are rookies and I mean all the bartenders it took 45 mins to get a drink and they werent paying attention to people who been waiting they didnt cover their areas correctly at all they moved very slow preparing drinks. And one bartender pass me up went to a person on side of me who just got their while I been waiting I waived her down and she still went to someone else. I went to the other side of the bar to see if it would make a difference the whole time the bartender head down so she dont know who is next and I really think she overcharged me for my drink as well worse experience ever and Im a bartender I never had a customer wait that long and I had packed places this place was nothing.

Absolutely the worst service possible Ive been sitting outside for 35 minutes and I had to go ask for a waiter myself. We had a waiter pass up our table several times... And the wait on our drinks well Ive been waiting on them for about 10 minutes already and they still havent showed up. I mean how long does it take to bring a bottle of shiner bock outside. Oh and then the waiter asked us 5 different times what we wanted to eat I believe the could use some more training on customer satisfaction and timely service.....

Yeah I have to agree with the other reviews. Food was mediocre at best and we sat for an hour and a half at lunch. I wouldnt recommend this place. Im going to adjust my review and add a star. The new GM Zach came and apologized for the bad experience and said they are working on fixing some things. Id give it a few weeks then may come back and give it another shot.

The worst service Ive ever had in Baton Rouge. The Friday at noon manager should never work in a restaurant ever again. Screwed up a drink order then proceeded to argue it was right. Had to have another patron speak up before theyd fix it.(it was obviously wrong) Skipped ordering entrees due to the staff and moved out.

Good is always good and beer selection is adequate. Service is a bit slow almost always I think mainly due to short staffing, but the servers are friendly. We love coming here for the atmosphere and $5 burger night on Tuesdays. Its our go to before movies at the mall.

We sat down just long enough to get menus and order a beverage....it was then that my bf saw the cook scratch his head and proceed to prepare someones food....enough for us to make up an excuse and dart to Bjs. Food safety is a biiiiiiiiggie on our priority list!!

Food and drinks arent bad, service is absolutely the worst in Baton Rouge! Second time here for dinner and drinks.. Thought bad service the first time was a fluke, boy was I wrong! Been here for two hours and havent seen our server for over 30 min. Check please!

Ive had the pear and bleu cheese salad at least four times, and Ive always enjoyed it. It has candied pecans, just enough dressing and is a full meal with salmon on top, grilled medium. Its great with grilled chicken, too.

The staff is horrible and the food is always cold. I went here three times.. First time was great, second food was cold but staff was great, third time both was horrible never again. Dont waste your time or money.

While the selection is very limited from what you can get here, the few items I have tried here have always been usually very good. Especially the hamburgers and french fries, theyre very delicious.

The burgers we got were good. But.... I think we were there for about a hour and a half and the place didnt even look very busy. Our waitress was also nowhere to be seen most of the time.

Love the large beers and the seared tuna sandwich is incredible. The service is usually comically bad but my last visit was notably better. Hope they are turning things around!
