Starbucks is good because of consistent great service and drinks; Ive gone to many different Starbucks across the country. Today my husband and I were traveling through Hopkinsville and stopped for a coffee around 10:30 am. There were 5 employees working, 1 customer in front of us and 1 at the window. Awful service. We waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged and another 10 to get our drinks (simple mochas and a sandwich). The young women helping us did great and she got No help from the others who were basically standing around talking to one another. It was ridiculous. Generally Starbucks employees help one another and the customer for efficient , courteous service; not here. The manager needs to be aware that his employees, except the woman helping us, are not earning their pay and are doing a disservice to the Starbucks enterprise.. Very disappointing.

It is just an average Starbucks. Nothing out if the ordinary. Same quality as most other Starbucks. Employees seem bored with their jobs. High energy when you first get to counter and by the time you receive your order it seems like most of them would much rather be at home or somewhere else. Dont get me wrong the service is fine, its more the ambience and the energy the employees put off. Ive been there many times and will continue to go, but I have experience better at other Starbucks. Louisville, multiple locations were great.

Always clean inside, staff seems friendly, but sometimes forgetful. Ive ordered from the app several times and had to remind the barista to make my drink, or ask them to look for it because it was placed in the drive-thru. Nice place to sit down and talk or get work done on a laptop. Never had a problem with the quality of my drinks other than the temperature being off because it was forgotten about by the window.

I love Starbucks peppermint mocha, and we stop by this store at least once per month on the way to Nashville. My dog likes the large, grassy area to do her business and then she gets a pupaccino or pup cup, which is a small cup of whipped cream, and she *loves* whipped cream. =) My only wish - I am sick of the construction in front of the store and I want them to hurry and finish it!

Nice set up and redesign. However, associates behind counter tend to be inattentive and more concerned with their personal conversations....and loud. I had headphones on and could still hear the conversations. Condiment area not stocked and cleaned. When asked for sugar, was given 3 packets versus the normal container that is usually available.

Likely the worst service Ive ever had at a Starbucks. There were 8 cars ahead of me. After 20 minutes I had moved forward 3 cars. Finally had to leave because it was likely another 20 minutes - all for a cup of coffee. I am spoiled by my home Starbucks in Colorado. They average <1 minute per car. Thanks Colorado!

I love the new store! The update looks really good and sets a very relaxed atmosphere which I appreciate. I like to bring my work laptop in sometimes just to have that atmosphere. The drinks are well made, and the staff is friendly.
