Not sure if our server was in a bad mood or just had a stick up her ass but me and my husband came to buffalo wild wings to eat ...there was barely anyone there and a couple people had come in after us they were immediately served their drinks by different waiters and we were still waiting to even be asked what we wanted to drink til i finally asked for the manager and he asked us what we wanted to drink... Service usually isnt this bad but as bad as it was today i had to give them 1 star.... Please fix this!

Went here with a party of four. The service was slow. When you see people who came in after you ge their food first kinda makes you mad. My meal was for $10.06 The receipt says our server was Darrius. I was the only person in my party who used a card and they refused to leave a tip. I left a two dollar cash tip on the table. Today I get a email from the card saying that there may be a problem that a 5.00 tip was left on the bill. I filed a complaint.. Some added some numbers to the zero I had left.

The General Manager, Mark Bently, was rude and made us sit outside to watch the game. Outside is the smoking section and I was with my with my teenage son. There is a no smoking policy in place and Mark refused to enforce it. The table was not cleaned and he sat us in the back. I wasnt treated with respect and I suggest that you not patronize this establishment especially if you have children. The only reason I gave it one star is because Toya gave good service.

Food is literally always cold, dine in or to go. Whenever I go to pick up to gos NO ONE talks to me for atleast 10 minutes, and even when a manager walks by and sees me he says nothing. Whenever you get sat in the place the waiter/waitress takes 10 minutes to get to your table. I understand people get busy but this has literally happened every time when no one is in the place. Terrible service. Cold food.

I will NOT do business with this company! This restaurant will not allow firearms on the premises. I would fear for my safety and would be a sitting duck. The criminals are not going to pay attention to the sign, and they actually prefer robbing or killing unarmed victims. Ill give my money to another restaurant who understands that simple concept.

Most of the time the food is good. I have had a few bad experiences here due to slow staff and undercooked food. I have had to leave on more than one occasion because I never received food. The managers were apologetic, but I still had to leave and go somewhere else.

Food was delicious as always, but man alive was the service slow. There wasnt even anyone in the restaurant and yet it took an hour for us to get our chicken wings. Not impressed.
