Wow. Who hires people that cant even say thank u? Walked in and it was loud rap music playing and clerk was arguing with somebody on her cell phone. When I sat the basket on the counter she clicked her fingernail about 12 inches away I guess to "tell me" to move it over there. She snatched my credit card from me. Never told me a total. Didnt say thank u. Nothing. Great store and Good prices and good bread but the customer service was the worst Ive ever experienced in my whole life. STAY AWAY from here. I am gonna make sure n tell all my friends n family to never go here. Its a shame because theres a ton of people who would LOVE TO even have a job. Im so glad the Lord has changed my life. Hopefully the wrong hotheaded person dont go in there anytime soon.

I read the reviews on this place and I think that if you had a problem with customer service then you should talk to the owner, Ive been going here for years and hes very easy to talk to about anything, even if you want him to order you something different, hes very accommodating. Im from Philly, and I love getting my tastycakes from here, they always treat me right

The lady did not say a single word to us. No "did you find everything okay?" No "thank you, come again". Instead of handing my money back to me, she sat it on the table. My change was $16 in all 1s. I liked the store but too bad I wont be back because of the customer service.

Me and my wife stopped by here to check out the prices. Never once was we greeted by the lady working their. We got $17 worth of products and she never said one word to us. Very unprofessional if you ask us.
