A special needs client and her family has eaten at this restaurant for a very long time and always ordered the kids meal because she is unable to eat a full adult meal. All of a sudden after going there numerous times a new waitress question her ordering the kids meal and all of a sudden the owner refused to let her order the kids meal as she always has in the past. Knowing full well she is special needs! Her family and her Moms girls night out friends always ate there. Well needless to say we left and I stated why all of a sudden why they treated her this way and left!!!!!!!!!!!!! We will never set foot in that restaurant again!!!!!! Her parents were very upset also!

Sooooo much better than the numerous fast food options. They had a small salad bar, extensive menu, and even offer breakfast all day. The Hollandaise sauce was packaged, not fresh, but poached eggs with corned beef hash side was filling and hubby enjoyed his chicken Caesar wrap. Friendly staff too. And unsweetened tea that tasted like real brewed tea, not moldy or old like some other places.

The Muscatine Family restaurant is a wonderful full service dinning experience with senior specials everyday and an awesome full menu and deserts. With the Best Coffee in town! Call ahead for a group of 6 or more for best seating. Easy access for vehicles and large handicap spaces. Very nicely decorated and clean restrooms. Semi-trucks park in mall between Younkers, Walgreens and restaurant.

The best Sunday Breakfast Buffet Ive ever been to. Crisp bacon, pancakes, omelets too order, hash, scrambled eggs with or without sausage, three types of sausage and a good salad bar. We were waiting for another person and were asked nicely by several staff if we wanted to order or for coffee refills. Sadly we were passing through and wont have many chances to enjoy this feast.

Passing through Muscatine and seen the positive feedback for this restaurant. Decided to give it a try and very happy we did. Love that they serve breakfast all day, I had the blueberry pancakes and was not disappointed! Under $20 for 2 people. The staff were sweet and attentive. Will definitely return next time we are here!

This is our favorite restaurant in the Muscatine area. They serve comfort food. We have liked everything that we have tried. The crew is friendly and attentive. I have recommended this place to friends and family. The prices are reasonable for the portions and the excellent flavor.

This is an "old school" family restaurant, with a bit of a Mediterranean flare. Great breakfast, lunch, and supper every day. Nice menu, with daily specials drawn from both the menu and the chefs imagination.

I am very impressed with the quality of food for the price you pay. Ribeye steak and eggs with huge pancake and hash for $11.95 and the steak was cooked flawlessly! This will now be the go to with our family.

Ate there for breakfast. Was all around a good experience. Was your typical family diner breakfast. Omelettes / burritos / etc. But it all tasted pretty good. No complaints here. Would go back again.
