Second trip as good as the first! Had the Mongolian Eggs rolls for 9 dollars. I had to take some home and they turned out to be enough for two meals, yummy. All else as good as before! Ill be going back, soon!! Very Nice; both in decor, service, and tasty food! I had the salmon which was excellent along with veggies and mashed potatoes. Sort of a sports bar atmosphere; I counted 16 TVs all on sports channels! Place was neat as a pin and the folks were helpful as they could be. I counted 8 folks working there in the middle of the afternoon, so plenty to go around. Friend had a veggie burger with onion rings, also excellent (she was kind enough to share!!). Looked like they had some really nice deserts, but I was too full from my meal to try one! (Hopefully, next time!!) Menu is mostly a nice variety of sandwiches, but some of the entrees are there and looking as good as they taste. Im looking forward to going back! Enjoy!!

Service was SLOW and awful. We were sitting at our table for probably a good 10-15 minutes before our waiter came over to ask what we wanted to drink. He also disappeared for half the night, leaving us to just sit there and wait. Food was AWFUL and overpriced. 15$ for a nacho plate that barely had toppings on it. It was more chips then toppings. We ordered the New York Strip and Shrimp meal. It was an awful steak, and was no where close to a NY cut. It was thin and tough. Also ordered it medium rare and got it pretty much well done. The mashed potatoes were cold, and the mixed vegetables consisted of red peppers and raw red onion. The coconut shrimp was good though. If were paying 24$ for each meal I expect to enjoy it, something we definitely did not. NEVER will be coming here again.

Theyve bounced back. We used to go to to Champps in DBQ regularly and then they changed the menu and they food and service went way down hill. They seem to have found their own again. I still like the old menu better but weve been back a handful of times over the past several months and the service and food quality are back to decent or quite good compared to other local chains. The ribs and the parmesan crusted chicken are probably my favorites and my wife and daughter like several of the sandwiches, with the grown up grilled cheese and Philly steak being two of the best. Not the best in town but definitely back to pretty good. Their holiday buffets are also pretty good choices.

This was one of the worst experiences ever. We had gone for breakfast. The food was mediocre. The dishes were dirty and a gentleman gave one of the attendants a whole stack of dishes which were dirty to take back and she placed them back on the buffet instead of getting them washed again!! Spoke with management who was rude and not caring of the situation. Asked for a refund because we didnt even eat a whole plate due to we were afraid wed get sick because they obviously didnt care they were feeding people off dirty dishes. I seen patrons cleaning tables because not enough staff to clear tables. Just a disappointment in all.

I would give this place three and a half stars. It can be very loud given this is more along the lines of an upscale sports bar and if you go on busy nights it has taken me up to almost two hours before our food came out. Any nights with big games and from Friday to Sunday is busy, call ahead or expect an absurd wait. That being said, the food is generally very good and prices arent too bad. About $40 for three people.

Overall great experience! Great steakhouse atmosphere however I wouldnt recomend the top sirloin. Not terrible, just very plain. I would recomend the walnut chicken it was delicious! Service was fantastic. Always had a full drink and received a free dessert when the steak wasnt cooked the way we preferred and also got a complete new meal with a steak cooked to our expectations.

Horrible service, they were irritated that we wanted to sit outside. We have kids, theyre a little crazy and it was cold in there. So we sat outside. To not bother others. One sandwich the meat was burnt, orders were wrong. Waitress was very rushy rude and lazy, sat plates and sharp knife, in reach of baby and wouldnt walk past half way of table.

The restaurant is located inside a hotel. It is quite large and has a bar in the middle. There are many televisions showing various sports programmes. Our server was nice and stopped by often to check on us. The food was decent and came out after a bit of a wait. It was busy when we arrived. I dont go here often but I dont mind going either.

This was a great place to eat. One tip, just make sure you do not go on a night IOWA, Wisconsin, or Iowa State are playing in college sorts. Those nights give you a 45 to 60 minute wait. The food quality, warmth, freshness, and taste were outstanding.service was good, and the waitress cared about us, as well as the manager. Great service!

2016 Easter Sunday dinner at 5p at Champps. The dinner menu was so limited it took up about 1/16 of the space on the page! It is all right to have comfort food but even the menu at Perkins is better than the dinner fare here. The menu is a disincentive to eat at Champps! One thing is sure--that was our last dinner at Champps!

Awesome place to eat. Great atmosphere for a sports fan. Manager and bartender went out of their way to find a Cardinals game to not only put on a smaller screen that I asked for to be polite but, they put it on the main screen in the bar. Highly recommend their food and customer service!

Great sports bar with lots of games playing all the time. They have tvs all over the walls and they will get your game playing on the nearest tv if you just ask. Also love the ribs.....
