I personally have never had any issues with this Starbucks location. Both Starbucks in Warsaw are not Corporately owned. They are simply leased out. Meaning although they do carry the Starbucks name and coffee, the Baristas are not employees of Starbucks. They are employed by Martins and Kroger Supermarkets (respectively). So you wont get that level of Customer Service and knowledge that one expects of a Starbucks Corporate Employee. That being said, I personally prefer this location because the employees are friendlier and if you have an issue with your drink the management team will not hesitate to remake your drink. They wont even make you feel bad about it. Also, unlike the other location here in town, this one honors "Star" rewards for free drinks &/or food items. (Example: Free Birthday Reward). They also participate in promotions. So if you are trying to decide which Starbucks to go to while here in Warsaw or Winona Lake, I highly recommend this location over the other. (PS. Please keep in mind that the Martins location might now participate in the free drink/food rewards. However as of the last time I tried redeeming one they didnt accept.). Also this location offers FREE WiFi as well and you dont have to be accompanied by an adult if you are under the age of 17. I am 36 so this never applied to myself but I do want to write a review that addresses all issues that again make this the better Starbucks location in this area.

Its Starbucks, so it should be great, but its not. Everytime I or anyone I know goes here, it seems like some sort of quality issue comes up. Its either the wrong drink was made, too much or too little ingredients put in the drink, or some other error made in making the drinks. My wife used to work at a different Starbucks, and shes noticed that they sometimes dont follow the procedures. Until they address this problem, save yourself some frustration and go to the Martins Starbucks in town.

They didnt seem to know what they were doing. Both baristas seemed very confused and didnt know their way around the ordering system, or how to make drinks. She handed me my coffee and it was about 2/3 of the way full. One of the worst Ive been to.

Its ok, not the best in the world. They could work a little on the attitude and knowledge. One of the ladies thar serves here is a little rude and hardly knows the difference between latte and capucinno.

Compared to Martins.....there are never more than 2 employees at the Owens Starbucks and they will get you through faster and friendlier than the other Starbucks in Warsaw.

Why is there one employee covering everything? Theres a line of ten people and it was almost a 20min with one guy trying to do everything at once. Understaffed...

Decent Starbucks. No long waits. It has some seating but its in a grocery store. Better for a quick pick up than sitting and reading.
