I recently start to work local to this Rushville site and have been in twice with co-workers. Both times we received great service by the same waitress. I believe her name is Angi. However, both visits to this site have left me irritated and disappointed due to the customer service skills of the manager. Our 1st visit she was noticeably irritated with our waitress and verbally degraded her to our table over an error in our billing. Because of this error she requested that we pay our bill prior to us finishing our meal. She was abrasive and rude in both her tone and manner towards us. We paid and let it slide. Today we visited again. Same great service from our waitress. This time we found a bug in 1 of our glasses. The waitress apologized and brought a fresh glass. As the facility is small we could hear her discuss this matter with her manager. The manager told the waitress "well stuff like that happens". It wasnt some much what she said, but in the arrogance that she said it and the way she communicates with her staff. As a director, I am aware that there are some situations that occur in business that may be out of our control. However her ability to communicate with customers and her staff is disappointing to say the least. I have no interest I visiting this venue simply because of how unprofessional this manager is. The food is decent, the waitress is great, but this manager leaves me disappointed and saddened for her employees.

The pizza was good, as usual, my complaint is with the wait staff. The place was empty except for one other group and we still had to wait almost five minutes to be seated. Another ten minutes for someone to take our order. We finally got our food and then that was pretty much the last time our waitress came by until the bill came. Will not be back.

The service was good. The most was mostly good, however, their pretzel crust is awful and very, very salty to the point its almost uneatable. It is the nastiest pizza crust I have ever had. Its was just so salty, plus the the crust didnt even taste like a pretzel. Warning of you do not like salt DO NOT get the pretzel crust.

As you can imagine, Ive been in many pizza huts, they are all over. This location is not up to company standard and the whole staff is unfriendly and lacking in knowledge of their own menu. Avoid this place.

Honestly dont know how this place is still in business. Take forever to answer the phone, always get the carry out orders wrong, have wrote up my ticket wrong more than 4 times. Need to get it together
