Went on Fathers and was seated pretty quickly but thats all i can say that was good. Our waitress had no clue what the special was supposed to be and was very unaccomating when trying to figure out the name of it to order, which we ended up figuring out, but was charged incorrectly because of her error. The spoon she brought for my coffee had dried food on the back and burnt coffee the front still and was obiviously not fit to use, the coffee its self tasted like it had been burnt horribly. We waited 20 min for our breakfast which isnt too bad considering it was fathers day, but my food was mostly cold and the french toast was burnt on one side and uncooked on the other. Good luck, i wont be going back to this one but havent had too bad of luck with others elsewhere...

After constantly having issues with this restaurant we stopped going about a year ago and went to another Bob Evans in another town. Unfortunately, the restaurant in the other town closed, so we thought we would try the Muncie one again. The waitress did not take our drink order until 10 minutes after we were seated. The coffee cups were never cleared from our table, nor did anything else throughout our meal. We did not get honey or jam with our biscuits. They didnt remember us ordering a kid drink. They forgot my wifes salad until after we got our hot food and we had to ask for the second childs drink twice. Overall nothing change over the last year.

Three customers seated after us were waited on before us. Had to get someones attention (Manager)to finally receive service. No apology from manager at table but one server went out of her way to take our drink and food orders. Waited about 15 min. for a server. Gave us extra bread but most of us didnt like banana bread. Did receive good service once someone did help us. This doesnt happen often. Weve had some odd things happen in previous visits. Good food. Thats the reason we always go back

I come here for my lunch break which is an hour. Every time I come I say Im going to come again. Food is fine.. As good as eggs can be but today I waited ten minutes to be seated before anyone even acknowledged me. You always wait in line to check out as the cashiers are also putting the to go orders together. I get eggs and bacon no toast and use every minute of my lunch hour. I can go to Applebees and eat with time to spare.

could not get waited on....then when i was leaving i placed the menus back up by hostess and complained i had not had a server....nothing no apology or nothing...i think money is too hard to come by to waste on a place who does not even care if you are thee or not

My wife and I frequently visit Bob Evans restaurants. In all our travels Ive never had better service at a BE than at this location. On top of that the restaurant was exceptionally clean and the food well prepared and served hot. Kudos to the management there.

We go here almost every Sunday morning. They either need to staff better or get better waitress. Everytime I have been in, they take forever just to ask me what I want to drink. Record time was 16 minutes.

Plenty of "comfort food" choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is a personal favorite here. A bit on the pricey side, but portions are generous.
