The food was good, when the employees had it stocked. There was yelling in the back making it a place where I didnt feel comfortable being or coming back to buy food here. Only one employee was doing her job the rest was yelling, laughing and making people wait for more than 10mins to get there food or a buffet.

The New Castle store sucks. Going to Famous recipe from now on.Tried this store 2 years ago thought it might have changed. No it hasnt . Chicken was burnt and very dry. Chicken livers forget it. Never again!

First of all they are affordable and definitely more affordable than lees chicken and their chicken are pretty fresh most of the times and I love the fact that they have a buffet
