Horrible service! Every single time I go to this location I consistently have to wait 15 to 20 minutes minimum in the drive thru. The minute you change the way a sandwich is made (minus lettuce add cheese) the workers seem to forget how to make food period. Almost 80% of the time I am either missing something or they completely screw up everything. I am not sure why they have the two windows!? The first window is to pay well I have to wait at this window for atleast 5 minutes plus. This last time it was because the girl decided to go out to her car and check her phone. You revamped the restruant. So I think it is time to completely revamp your staff including managers... AGAIN!

The second I walked in, the cashier was rude as hell to the customers in front of me. The comments I heard from employees in the back and on the drive thru made me disgusted. The cashier was snappy, rude, and seemed to not want to be doing her job. I can understand disliking work, but making customers feel that they had no business ordering food is not how customer service is supposed to be. The food was decent, only a bit undercooked.

Well their play play is rated for ages 4-10, but if you have a special needs child such as myself, forget it, they arent set up to get up easy and they just redid it not making it any better. My 5 year old couldnt even get up the stupid corner shelves by himself because the distance between them, how the hell do you rate it for a 4 year old if my 5 year old cant even use it?

be careful at the portland IN Burger King make sure u have all your food and always ask for a reciept. They didnt give me a reciept and screwed up my order so Kaleb the manager couldnt do anything for me next time i will suck it up and go to crappy McDs

Pretty good fast food and quick...good chicken sandwich and the new Lucky Charms milkshake tastes like a bowl of Lucky Charms... Better and much cleaner than before the remodel....

Pretty fast. They have one of the mix your own flavor of coke machines. Food is always good even if they put a bit too much mustard on.
