Tonight we were expecting a great experience like normal. We didnt get that. My friend and I are both over 21, but my sister however, was not. Our server, her name has been mentioned so I shall not name it here, allowed my sister to have an alcoholic drink. Well, my hesitant sister talked to mom first and she called to complain furious. Needless to say after my sister ate, she felt sick. I called back to complain. The manager there is clueless, she doesnt care about anything there. Im very disappointed with everything tonight.

Food is ok, but service is so slow and the promotions, like half off wings, are deceptive. Took 1.5+ hours to serve a group of 6 including wait for a table in a 1/3 full restaurant. Promoted half off wings on Tuesday, so we went on Tuesday and gave them another shot. Another long wait for drinks, food and then at checkout learn that boneless wings are not "wings" and therefore arent half off. Rip off. Call them nuggets then, not boneless. As I noted on my check, my group is done with BWW.

The food seems to get worse and this is my 3rd visit in the past two months. In my first visit, my food was barely warm. In my second visit, the service was very slow. In my third visit, the General Manager was just rude in a smart ass tone. It is clear that there are management issues. I can tell you that I will not go back to that restaurant ever again.

So if youre under 21 and want alcohol ask for the waitress Katie, even if you dont want the alcohol in your drink! But be sure you dont let anyone know and they complain because they will mess with your food and theyll be sure itll make you sick! The manager has no clue what shes doing and she doesnt even care shes serving alcohol to under age people!

Absolutely terible experience waiters dont care about you they just walk by. Overprice and they will charge you extra for alot of things be careful when ordering. Mangers ate good though and if you get a waitor named luke with long hair ask for diffrent person kids disrespectful and doesnt know what hes doing

The beer selection is very good, the place to go for a Sam Adams Rebel IPA, watch the Pacers trade points... come on guys, DEFENSE... Ok, food is just OK, but the Mac and cheese is great. The TVs are cool; bottom line, good beer and sports is what they are all about.

The food is typically ok, but the service is really slow. This is one of the only places you can go to watch some football games, so slow service is the price you have to pay to be able to watch the games.
