My visit was five stars and more in at Ruby Tuesdays in Muncie, Indiana. I was treated like royalty. The waiter Demetrius, greeted me with a warm welcome and a big smile. I needed that after having a bad experience with another local restaurant that simply ignored me and did not greet me or come to my table and waited on me. Demetrius even offered me something to drink while I waited on my food. My waitress, Tory was super nice. She had compassion for me after I shared my unfortunate experience with her at the other restaurant. The food was delicious and I can not say anything bad about the services that I received. I was surprised to find out that the Lydia, the desk clerk from the hotel I was staying, was a waitress there at Ruby Tuesday too. She was so polite as well. I highly recommend anyone who wants friendly services and food, stop by Ruby Tuesday in Muncie. As a entrepreneur and owner of Cookie Crumbles Cupcakes, a foodie, and food blogger, I rate this restaurant a 10 stars!!! Next time I will eat in and take pictures of the staff and the food, so I can post them on my Instagram page @cookiecrumblescupcakes. Great people!! Great service!!!!

My girlfriend and I went here on a date, and first let me say the food is amazing I have no problems with the food what so ever, but are server, who did not do a horrible job, was sitting at a table talking to friends. This would not have been a problem but we waited for 20 minutes after we where done eating to get the check and another ten after that to get the change back. I could understand if they had been busy but they where not and it was just because she was sitting at a table talking to people she knew. she was very nice an apologized thats why they got 4 stars. If it hadnt been for that I would give them 5. I will go again.

Wonderful ! Ive been to a few and this one is by far the best that i have been too, the food was brought out fast and cooked correct and it all tasted good and seasoned well, the staff were nice and very prompt and were even concerned enough to make sure the little baby was enjoying some mashed potatoes as well the price is decent and worth the buy I would recommend this place to any one they have wonderful amount of variety as well for fish lovers, meat lovers to vegetarians =]

My server was top notch...but my fish was not cooked at all !!! It seemed raw...when I cut it...it cut like a piece of meat instead of being flaky...i unfortunately ate one piece and now I feel sick...I sent it back and he brought me a whole different piece of fish that was cooked appropriately...but by the time it came back out everyone in my party was finished eating...I will not be eating there again...

Horrible. Service was ok. But after sending my wifes baked potatoe back 3 times and still cold. Long hair in my salad. I know stuff can happen but worst was the manager acted tiffed because I thought 9.49 was too much for just a burger. Long story short after the manager took off $1.49 for the hair and the potatoe we still paid $18.00 for 2 drinks and cheeseburger and side salad. Wont go back

I found this Ruby Tuesday in Muncie to be far superior to their sister restaurants to the north in the Fort Wayne and Angola. The atmosphere and service was great the couple of times we have been here and will return in the future when we are looking for a fine dining experience when picking up or dropping off daughter at Ball State.

The salad bar items were crisp and fresh. There was a lot of variety and high quality choices that are not present in other salad bars Ive been to. The servers were friendly and we were seated fairly quick. The service was a little slow but it was busy. Overall, I recommend checking them out.

Very comfortable restaurant, with a more intimate, friendly setting. Food was hot, delicious, & well presented. I also very much appreciate being able to use the salad bar as one of my sides (+$1.99). Wait staff was attentive & refreshingly witty. My family & I will be back soon.

I love the food (even if it makes my butt sad sometimes) but the manager guy that went around asking questions patted me on the shoulder so hard I have a bruise but he was really nice? I just dont like strangers touching me though...especially that hard lol.
